    I'm a Bike courier and bike about 70-80 Km a day. I notice a big difference when I use your video before and after work. Thanks.

      Yes, works well as a stand-alone workout. Add a decent warm-up and it's a good recovery session.

    This is some good stuff. I have been doing this pretty and post ride. I ride 2 centuries a week at hard tempo. After this routine I feel almost fully fresh

    In the kneeling quad stretch your knee should not be forward of your toes. Otherwise a good series.

      Neither, it's not for warming up or cooling down. It's a routine for improving flexibility. It works best as a stand-alone workout, although is could be used as a good recovery session.

      +Mirror This one is specifically for cycling. You might like to try this one, which is for running... th-cam.com/video/BNhd_6s3udQ/w-d-xo.html ...but both of these routines are best done at the end of your running/cycling session as part of the cool down.

    Kneeling Quad Strech... Totally wrong! Knees shouldn't excess feet.

      Its more of a ankle dorsiflexion stretch in this position you can reach for the posterior leg and make it also quadricep stretch #B8RFTINESS

      Incorrect. It's a stretch, not overload. It's a good stretch for people without pre existing knee or quad problems
