@@DrAlexRitza I often have back pain, not when I'm cycling, but when I'm off the bike, but if I stop cycling all together, and continue therapy it goes away. It comes back if I start cycling again. On the bike, no pain. What do you think is root cause ?
Very informative... I was walking and running like hell and having pain in my left knee since last couple of months...and since then pain in my left doesn't go away... Glade I have found this video and now I am doing it and getting my knee back to normal slowly and slowly.. Thanks mate for all the help and information through this video..

Got home back and did some static it band specific stretches and boom I was fine. Surely I was doing it wrong without a warmup and anyone watching this video don't take pre ride warmup lightly. There will be a day when getting back home will be like pedaling through hell. Thanks for this awesome short precise video.
Very nice warmups! They only take a few minutes and you don't have to get down on the floor. Started using the drills recently and feel much better when I get on my bike. Many thanks!
Did this and drank a can of Monster and biked for around an hour. I only had around 5 minutes of breaks and let me tell you I didn't get tired whatsoever. No pain in any of my joints as well. Highly recommend this.

Just purchased a hybrid bike to ride to the gym and do some lite trail riding with. Looking forward to trying this warm up. Hopefully i can make it a little further up a gnarly hill betweeen my home and the gym. Thanks!
Great video thanks! I liked variation for the buttock kicks, as an Irish Dancer my whole life it was easy to keep doing to same exercises but I wouldn't feel them after a while, the variations are great. Will be doing every day before I hop on the bike.

If i tried this warmup, i wouldn't be able to ride my bike for a along time. I can do quad and calf stetches and hip car mobility stretches before i ride.
