I just made this as I’m gluten free. I really missed my Cypriot baked goods. Turned out really nice and fluffy. Like a hot cross bun but with helim. It was less flour than the zeytinli so was more moist

I actually tried making up a recipe similar to this a while back but I also chucked in black olives too, as I couldn't decide whether to try making Zeytinli bread or the one you made.
