I have been battling COVID for the past two weeks, basically lying in bed or sitting on my bum! How do we find the other flow series?
Hey Paula, I don't have a playlist created for all of the Flow workouts yet but maybe that is something I will look at creating to easily find them in future! For now just look at the video homepage I usually have Flow written on the tile so you can find them that way :)
