Joie I get it, McDonalds is not good for any human consumption.... it is all chemicals, and other things that are not good or us, I used to be able to eat it and I used to love it, but now I can not at all. The best advice I can give is to cook your own food or if you have to eat out eat at a restaurant where they actually cook the food, and that's only in moderation. I can't believe how much your children have grown, you are a great mother keep up the good work.
