What an absolutely A-May-Zing community for the "wanna be there" diaspora. For the cost of an average American car or SUV, a buyer can own a home in Accra. The builder certainly has found a great niche. Great interview, Dela!
We are really proud of these developments. We keep improving the quality on each subsequent development. Offering more value for money for affordable homes.
I am curious why they didn't just do an open floor plan instead of create a wall between the kitchen and living/dining area. I think it would have flowed a bit better. Also, would prefer floor to ceiling wardrobe in the main bedroom but that is just my taste. Overall the price is quite affordable.
@moretodela You are right about preference. Also, most Ghanaian cuisines include aromatic ingredients like Dawadawa, Kobi, Momoni and Ghanaians would rather cook in a separate kitchen without having food aroma linger in the whole house. Some homes even have just an outdoor kitchen...
Really nice at an affordable price. You know I’m your number one fan Dela but a Slight criticism. I know it wasn’t your usual camera person filming as we didn’t get good shots of the bathroom and store cupboard as shots were missed and also the focus kept coming in and out. Please repremand them 😅. It played tricks on my eyes. Felt I’d had magic mushrooms or something😂. Stay safe and blessed. Keep doing what you’re doing. You’re the best. ❤🙏🏾
@@darthdooku6483Well firstly, not everyone’s body is “filthy” like yours apparently 😂 And secondly, baths serve numerous healing purposes for the body, especially when accompanied by natural salts and essential oils. ✨
Good info,i like the concept but to be more pro in making content,so people actually really want to come back to your videos, next time to test out the microphone sound before taking a whole video with horrible sound through out the video. And the person taking the video did not show us who are watching the video, what you are seeing, the person took a video of you 2 looking into the masters bathroom but did not take a video inside.Make sure we the viewers see what you see❤️

What I would say is he is good people with a good concept. If I was not already invested in other projects I would get one of these.
Preference I guess

Criticism accepted. I was not happy at all. The guys didn’t do a good job and I told them as much. You have no idea 😂
Lovely homes.
I love this community. I’m a bathtub gal though 🛀🏽 I’ve noticed majority of homes in Ghana and other African countries only offer showers.
That’s true, I live a tub too but I’m sure if you did the inside yourself you could add one.
@@moretodelayes! I absolutely will. I love a good shower followed by a soak in the tub.
Baths are unhealthy and filthy compared to showers
@@darthdooku6483where is the report for that?

when I buy a house I want toilets and a fully stocked kitchen with washer and dryer lol. I know I need my own furniture.
Dela!

***UPVC roof, you better not collect rain water from it.
Are there any restrictions on Airbnb in these communities?
I’m not entirely sure
Property prices in Ghana aren't worth it with the poor road structures. Better buy in Brazil, Colombia even Turkey.
Where precisely is the location at Pokuase. Is it somewhere around the ACP Estates area.
The maps can take you straight there. It’s really easy to find maps.app.goo.gl/eLc1ZNzwwpi4ZmC9A
So you buy the house but lease the land?
Yes exactly.
Cant buy the land outright. Non Ghanaians may lease for 50yrs with option for additional 49. Ghanaians may lease for 65 with option for 34 more yrs.
The video is sound is bad an the visual horrible.
I know. This is what was produced for me
I think she gets a pass 99.5% of her videos are spot on, sound and quality.

Home and neighborhood has an american feel. I dont like living behind high concrete walls.
personally I don't like the look of the housing. to plain looking
