@@brooklynpastalab I'm not joking.....that sheeter thing makes sense. I use my traditional hand crank Right From Italy Pasta Roller, for Pasta Sheets, Polish Pierogi Dough, and Making Chinese Dumplings. Just Wondering, how thin the Sheeter can work the Dough.....then I could add Streusel to my repertoire, and Maybe some Filo Dough... I learned how to do them all by hand on Big Wide Stainless steel Tables......the Machine even in a smaller scale interests me. I've seen an Upright Sheeter used at California Pizza Kitchen......that's probably the Scale I Need.
