Yep I also did the same route - painless easy Zambians were happy to see me after 40 years!!! Did not need police clearance as I am foreigner, it would have been nice to buy comesa at the border, I had to buy it in Ndola
For now the plan is simple. Ill go of the course when and where needed, so nothing is final. Any places in between I must see, let me know! Also weighed frank, on GVM when extra fuel & water tanks are empty, going to drop about 200kg before finally leaving.
@@NickfrNamibia i would suggest to stay put for now, world is currently in a treacherous state, Russia is not Iraq or Syria or Afghanistan and things could turn nasty without a moments notice, a single strike, accidental or not, on OTAN, will come with immediate response as 100k+ OTAN soldiers are in readiness on eastern borders. That will mean major disruptions as Russian has missiles pointed not only at military targets but also at all European satellite targets, they proved it to us by blowing up one of their own rough satellites a few months ago, they can do it, they mean it and if some of the big fireworks are unleased, the war mongers are all for it, God help us all and u could get stuck. just some advice, no disrespect.

@@wharper392 i couldnt access all of Liuwa, the north was still closed. Kafue was completely open. And by the time I got to North and South Luangwa, everything was open there as well. But try and get some local info. Things are different year to year.

No, not yet. It's my mission for the next 10 years. Been to Namibia & Botswana, currently in Zambia. Only went full time traveling in Jan this year
When can we expect first videos from Zambia?
Hi Bennet. final week with my parents to say goodbye and finish off a few smaller details. Then Tsumkwe, Khaudum & Caprivi strip in Namibia. Then I'll leave Namibia at Katima. Probably around mid April. Im also waiting for the rains/water levels to settle that side.

How does a TEMPORARY IMPORT PERMIT last in zambia for a car?
30 days and then you can renew it in the country for another 30 days up to a limit of 90 days per year
