Wow Nick, and you kept on smiling through that. You were very lucky to have all the help. Engine rebuilds can keep you on edge for quite a while until they have done lots of hours. Well done 👍
That's where I am at the moment...on the edge...every little sound I here...😂
A man and his machine cannot be separated just by some water and mud in the engine. Glad to see Frank the tank back on the road again. Wish you all the best for your upcoming journeys. Cheers from Germany!
Thank you so much John, really appreciate your kind and very true words🙂
@@NickfrNamibia Dear Nick, I was treated so kind and polite during our stay in Namibia this May that it’s the least I can do. Have a nice evening.

Good to see frank the tank back on the road🤩
Thanks Simon👍😁
man i'm so glad you were a part of the mechanical team, you'd drive much better knowing what to expect, avoid & recognize mechanical symptoms at an early stage
yeah it's been an amazing experience. Next time I'll change the engine in the bush😂
The peoples car looking nice 🙂
I hope the people will also help pay the bill😂
Awesome stuff Boet. The outside is pretty pretty what's under the hood is what counts.
(Did you change the diff oil? Could have water in) Maybe look at a cheap DIY breather pipe setup for your diffs transfer case and gearbox(for those river crossings).
You still Keeping it real... Lekker....
Yip changed all the oil. The water came out of the transfer case. Clean fresh water... I have for the diffs, will look to have some fitted for the gearbox & transfer case
Happy for you broer. I was on my way to Okahandja SPAR today and you were driving behind me. I was the one who hooted at you when I turned off at the road leading to Shell service station 😁.
Girlfriend had to calm me down as I got a little too excited for you and Frank man 😆. Really glad everything worked out 👍.
Keep bringing Africa to the world!!!
Thanks man, appreciate the enthusiastic support. It is what makes all of worth it🙂
Great to see it all turned out OK, with some upgrades 😆👍🏻
Yup, I got lucky, very lucky and now the work starts💪
I know of 2 vehicles that will invest in lockers with this exciting new rivertrip....😅
😂
Great video!

Personal life
I would love to work at a museum open only in the school year with four months off with paid leave.
During that time I would sell innocent diamonds.
I would sell them for Kuwait Dinar because that currency is stronger than the United States dollar to make extra money.
I would work with African animal species feeding them and clean their cages.
I would answer questions about the animal species.
In the museum I would show documentaries for students.
I would answer historical questions about take them to historical monuments sights shops and restaurants.
I don't grade homework or school work but I will have to go to classes to learn how to do my job do my own school work and study history animal species and possibly learn how to speak a different language.
