Assalamu-Alaikum sister, I'm in my 2 month in Islam and it's hard people always gossip behind my back. But in my first month I started wearing hijab so that people can get use to my being Muslim and the sooner you start wearing hijab the faster you get use to also. Some people think I'm married that's why I'm Muslim but the truth is that I'm Muslim because I fell in love with Islam and Allah is giving me streght each day to go on.

@@homingpigeon7291 then I'll ask you back, what makes you want to revert to Islam? :) hold on to those reasons and do further research if there's anything that concerns you, or that you don't fully understand. I got some tips in one of my recent videos regarding 5 things to do before reverting.
Well for starters I aks the Imam to assist me to someone you can give me Islamic lessons and yes I read up about Islam alotte and it must come from your heart well people are not to friendly with me now sins in Muslim gossips is always there but the key is not to please people but Allah. I'm in search for a new job and yes being Muslim people don't except your allocation easily but I put all my faith in Allah and a rewarding job will awaits me inshAllah. Just have faith and be strong and except Islam willingly not by force. I will make dua for you and everyone must make dua for me too I'm still a new baby Muslim.

Lucky for me I was already vegan before I reverted, and Seattle is very vegan (and halal) friendly. A lot of other things have been difficult for me though. I reverted 4 months ago and only started wearing Hijab (though mostly in the descreet form of a hat) about 3 weeks ago. It's been an adjustment but I would say obstaining from alcohol and abiding by the romantic/sexual guidelines have been the most difficult. I think a lot of people who are born muslim might now realize how difficult the transition can be for reverts, but I kind of view it as a blessing. The more difficult it is the greater the reward 💖

You confuse Islam and the perfection of Islam : Ihsan. To be a Muslim you have to have Islam, but to be an elite of Muslims, you have to have the perfection of Islam. Not having perfection does not prevent being a Muslim. And there will always be Muslims :
Thawban narrated that the Messenger of Allahﷺ said :

You do not even realize the gravity of what you claim because to say what you said is to consider by Islam as disbelief (koufr).
So go learn the basics of your religion before writing inconsistencies that are akin to a lie.

You’re right about just blocking people who 'advise' you in those ways. I had one sister make me feel like she was stalking my twitter and every tweet where I made a mistake etc. I was messaged with advice that felt like a lecture. Like I had no room to be human or even cared about or excused. I blocked her eventually and it helped so much. People like that can push us away and damage us and it’s okay to say that it’s not okay. Alhamdulillah, may Allah bless you sister, you have taken a big step forward, may Allah give the strength, unfortunately this the bitter fact new Muslims are facing, I am also a revert of Syrian origin but born, lived, and still living in Sudan, and I have to fight a lot from all kinds of discrimination, so are my kids, and all of this is what Islam has come to fight clearly, but we believe too that the more the struggle is, the more the reward from Allah, we just need to be patient, with that, we would be able to open the door for others to accept Islam, especially you sister, it's definitely very hard when your own people are skeptical and harsh towards you, but let's always remember their ignorance towards islam, and our rewards when we show patience for Allah's sake, may Allah keep you safe, steadfast, you and your family too.

I find them highly inspiring and a reminder of Allah’s miracle of guiding whom He wishes to His path. It truly is amazing to listen about your journey, and the strength and courage that Allah has blessed you with. I pray that Allah makes it easy for you every step of the way, and do not ever feel alone or belittled in any way. I like to remind myself that the harder is the challenge, the greater are the rewards. Allah’s rewards are infinitely greater than anything we can possibly imagine, and at the end of the day, that is all that matters. I’d like to suggest something that I found extremely helpful in boosting my imaan, which is to listen to the seerah of Prophet Muhammad SAW by Sheikh Yasir Qadhi. His series are by far the most comprehensive that is available on TH-cam, and the series is also about the lives of the Sahaaba (the Muslim converts who lived in the lifetime of the Prophet). It’s nothing short of amazing and it’ll be worth every minute of your time.

Islam is a life long journey between us and God. We need to think of it as gradual steps, one step at a time and pray to Allah (swt) and ask for Him to bless us with help, guidance ease and the rest will come naturally. Something that really helped me personally was finding Muslim friends. One of the things that I really love is finding long-lasting friends in the mosque. (By the way I looooove the intro to your videos! beautiful, genius, unbelievably creative!!)

i know right, some muslim get really hard on a fellow muslim and quick to judge. especially me live in a muslim country one of the celebrity came to Islam this Ramadan Alhamdulillah but some unhelpful Muslims told him off when he said he just fast half of the day because he still not used to it. i mean even a born muslim don`t start fast all day since day one. This kind of Muslims probably didn`t read much about their prophet eventho our beloved Prophet (PBUH) always told us to talk with wisdom. I hope you stay safe and happy.
Some humans are just uneducated in making approach.

Btw, I also found it a bit strange when I moved to the Netherlands, that there are Turkish or Moroccan or Indonesian mosque (I came from Indonesia) . But I understand they probably have different madzhab (their prayer times are also a bit different for each mosque) and they have their own communities.
