      I believe it is as well and briefly it was actually shelved but it looks like it’s back online . I’m gonna do an updated video on it. Thanks for your support and let us know if we can ever help you with a real estate needs.

    I just move to Palm City I can’t wait for the one in Stuart to down to Miami. It was smart thing about parking garage but really to put it near confusion corner was dumb there so much empty land in Stuart they couldn’t find a better place . But like I said can’t wait for the new station to go back and forth to Miami

      Welcome to the area ! Yeah there was a lot of deliberation over where the actual station and garage would go . They settled with lumber yard as it makes for an easy walk to downtown Stuart. I’m excited for it as well and really think it will add a lot of value to our Martin County resident experience 👍

    If Stuart gets a stop Melbourne better damn get one!

      @lisouthflorida  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes it will be interesting what the “ next “ stop will be . Melbourne would certainly open that area up !!

    Stuart can easily solve the parking & traffic situation by improving the mass transit in the area. Give people alternatives to driving and you'll see the shift. Frequent and convenient downtown shuttles and loops is just one of the many ways to stop the "driving around looking for parking".

    • @lisouthflorida
      @lisouthflorida  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Agreed thank you for the comment. Yes they do have a shuttle service yet. I think it could be ramped up . The 550 spaces at the bright lines bringing should alleviate some of that stress do you live in the area?

      @@lisouthflorida I'm in the West Palm Beach Area. When I looked up the current schedules of mass transit in your area, it definitely needs ramped up (as does Palm Beach).

      @@Ven100 ok cool . West Palm is nice and yes I agree both areas could use more public’s transportation infrastructure. Brightline is a big step in that direction for Stuart. thank you for the comments and please let me know if we can help you in the real estate realm in anyway 👍

      Really? I lived in the SF Bay Area. Believe me after Bart was built traffic didn’t get better. At first station parking was free. However as usage increased greedy politicians saw another revenue source because money is a drug once you get use to it you want more. Everything increases bridge tolls, station parking and good old fare prices. Go ahead believe them, after all it’s still a free country. The build it with public funds then will run it to fill their pockets and will justify it by stating we need this and that!

    Just moved to Stuart for the small town feel close to beaches. I hope it doesn't turn into everyother location in the US, a city.

    I love the small town feel of Stuart. It has gotten crowded and parking is an issue. On the other hand to be able to use Brightline is a nice feature. I just hope it doesn’t raise Martin County taxes as they have increased of late. Definitely pros and cons 🤔 And I wrote this before getting to the end of your video. As you ended, it is my concern too.

      Hi Karen, I agree with you small-town feel of Stewart is one of the very very special things about living here and I’ll do it though. I do think this will change the dynamic of the area a bit. I do think it ultimately will be for the better do you live in the area or outside of the area?

      @@lisouthflorida I currently live in NJ but I do have a house in Palm City. My parents live also in PC fully and my husband and I hope to be there permanently hopefully by the end of the year. My family has been in this area since my grandparents retired to Hobe Sound in the 1990’s and love it there. I also wanted to let you know I enjoy your videos. You provide a lot of information and show many great places to visit. 🙏🏻💜

    Let’s remember 2009-2022 Florida as a whole was starting out with a very low real estate market then doubling? I bought my home in 2015 for $165,000. The market was still depressed in my area. In 2022 my home was worth about $400,000. I would also caution everyone from believing what comes from political government officials. The are known to say what sounds good but seldom do their forecasts provide accurate.

    Would have liked to see it in Jensen, maybe along the bypass. But at least its in the TC so we can use it instead of just watching it go by.
