Some people use trainers if they play on PC and want to explore some dynamics or content first-hand, and these things usually can give you infinite money, stats or help you pass checks with 100% probability. Another explanation might be that this person put all their points into Endurance and Volition (iirc). I guess choosing One of them as signature skill can help having all those HP. I never tried it myself since after one or two playthroughs you know where to go and get stuff and how to easily get XP and do things though! Edit: okay no, the stats are too high, it's either an edited save file or trainers
