Use isopropyl alcohol when disassembling the phone. It is absolutely safe for electronics, since it contains almost no water, therefore, it does not oxidize the contacts on the boards.

Why remove so many elements? I have the impression that it is enough to take off the back side, unplug the screen only, take off the screen and then plug the new screen back in and put it back together. Am I wrong?
Perhaps to avoid breaking the main board or lenses. I've done this job myself and removing the screen is quite challenging, so removing the fragile components first is safer but not mandatory
Excellent guide. Just requires some patience. I used it for the OnePlus 7T Pro and there's only one small difference when you're removing the back cover (you don't have to detach it from the device as he does at 4:40 I order my screen from AliExpress, works perfectly.
