This video has been made at the request of the community. The Last of Us Remastered has quite interesting graphic modes on PS4 Pro, letting us choose various resolutions and other improvements such as shadows depending on the options we select. It would have been interesting if on PS5 we could choose a 2160p / 60fps mode with high shadows, but unfortunately we have to settle for the same options as on PS4 Pro and ultimately the same version in all respects as its predecessor. They may add this option in the future. For now we will have to settle for playing at 30fps if we want 2160p. Este video ha sido realizado a petición de la comunidad. The Last of Us Remastered tiene modos gráficos bastante interesantes en PS4 Pro, dejándonos elegir varias resoluciones y otras mejoras como las sombras en función de las opciones que seleccionemos. Hubiera sido interesante que en PS5 pudiéramos elegir un modo 2160p/60fps con sombras en alto, pero por desgracia tenemos que conformarnos con las mismas opciones que en PS4 Pro y, en definitiva, la misma versión en todos los aspectos que su predecesora. Quizás añadan esta opción en un futuro. De momento tendremos que conformarnos con jugar a 30fps si queremos 2160p.

I am still surprised at how they managed to run such a beautiful game on as limited hardware as the PS3. I feel that this is one of those games that tapped the full potential of the console.
@@JudgeFudge57 That's what I was getting at. Personally I would have preferred to wait for a remake on PS5 than get an almost immediate remaster on PS4. The possibilities for the for AI, physics and world interactions are mouthwatering.
PS3 version is amazing, this game is a must have! BTW PS3 was an amazing console back in the days. Still play it nowadays, I made a “break” for 6 years 😅but the pandemic made me turn it on again, and I don’t regret it, I’m playing the hits I never played before (CoD Black Ops, Dead Space, Uncharted 2, Tomb Raider, etc) and they’re great, but for sure gonna be amazed by the PS5 power, after all been 14 years since PS3 was launched. Never had a PS4.

por que la diferencia nunca la vas a poder ver en un video, tienes que verlo directamente en una tv dedicada, con ambas consolas conectadas, y se puede apreciar algo, no tanto pero si hay una pequeña diferencia.

I've played through TLOU so many times now and I still can't believe how good it looks on the PS3. What an incredible achievement given the hardware limitations.
Yes absolute masterpiece all round visuals and story. Only criticism forgotten how bad the loading times were 2 mins compared to 14 seconds on PS4 & 7 on PS5 is quite a leap!
Can't believe how far gaming has come, to think that were now able to get full 4k resolution console games to load in sub 10 seconds is mind blowing, coming from the early 90s until now and watching the progression has also been amazing!
Please correct me if I am wrong here: TLoU Remastered on the PS4 PRO at 1800p had this very tricky ( deceptive ?? ) : " Up to 60 FPS " . That is NOT a solid 60 FPS by ANY means. My question is now for the PS5 version : Is the 1800p a SOLID 60 FPS ?? Or do I have to use " super sampling " and watch it on 1080p to enjoy a solid 60 FPS experience ?? 04:30 It is not 4K60 as shown in the video for PS4 Pro, it is 1800p (3K) with 60fps variable. And from what we've seen, it's like that on PS5, for now.
For the framerate test, you should've done the comparison using either some combat or the opening segment. The PS4 Pro version can drop frames during heavy segments when using the 60fps mode, but it's not something that's likely to happen during a section where you're just walking around
I first played on PS4 and now I'm playing on PS5, the biggest difference I noticed is locking it in at 60FPS is a HUGE difference. Also the water textures and movement look SOOO much more crisp.
@Carl T it's a huge upgrade. Look at Valhalla on ps5 and then the pro. Or the Spider-Man games. Native 4k and an increase to 60fps counts as a huge upgrade in my books.

Several months ago when I came back to play the last of us before playing part 2. I was blown away by how fast the load times were after the game updated.
What's the version? I have a 1080p HDR monitor and I can't activate supersampling. Do you know if I can play at a supersampled 1800p just switching the video output to 4K?
El modo 4k en PS4 Pro corre a 30fps, yo mismo lo he jugado así, eso que has puesto ahí es el modo resolución con FPS abierto y para ello usa resolución dinámica, para que vaya a 4k tienes que bloquear los fps.

Does anyone get a glitch on ps5 where if you stand still. It goes from 60 to 30 or at least drops? I cant find anything on it online and its driving me insane. If im moving then im fine with a stable 60 but as soon as I dont touch anything it drops. Ive noticed it when watching zombies and when npcs moves around me. I dont know what to do

The remaster is always locked to 60 FPS and is native 4k on ps4 pro/ps5. Other than that I’m sure there are some higher quality textures and better affects in the game

I don't think it would be possible, 4k 120 fps is imposible for these consoles, just think that running games at 4k 90 fps means that you need a pc of 1500 usd or more
Lo malo de la PS3 es que tenia bajas de FPS bastante notorios, en algunas partes del juego bajaba incluso hasta los 15 FPS, en el cambio la PS4 solo llega a bajar 1 FPS como maximo

Una pregunta, en el PS4 PRO hay mucha diferencia entre el modo CALIDAD y el MODO RENDIMIENTO? Me parece que no corre tan bien cómo pensaba ahora que lo tengo o no encuentro mucha diferencia la verdad
los tiempos de carga ya depende de la calidad del almacenamiento con HDD nuevo tarda 12seg sea donde sea si en el inicio o en el final o en medio de la historia de 12 a 15 seg tarda y con un SSD que tambien lo eh probado en este caso el mas barato que encontré tarda 7 seg en cargar la partida aveces hasta menos

Es un juego de PS3, que si, es el techo grafico de esa gen, pero es un juego que no hace uso de tecnologías de PS4 y mucho menos de PS5.

0:23 They say you can force PS3's to 1080p by going to Display Settings > Video Output Settings > HDMI > & leaving only 1080p checked.
The UI would be displayed in 1080p the Game still use a Resolution of 720p

To my eyes, PS4 Pro is actually the sharpest, just barely edging out PS5.
It is because this game was not optimized for PS5

Remember this, the storyline movie clips are used to hide loading the game. Even going through narrow passages and elevators et cetera..

I don't think it would be possible, 4k 120 fps is imposible for these consoles, just think that running games at 4k 90 fps means that you need a pc of 1500 usd or more

Lo malo de la PS3 es que tenia bajas de FPS bastante notorios, en algunas partes del juego bajaba incluso hasta los 15 FPS, en el cambio la PS4 solo llega a bajar 1 FPS como maximo

los tiempos de carga ya depende de la calidad del almacenamiento con HDD nuevo tarda 12seg sea donde sea si en el inicio o en el final o en medio de la historia de 12 a 15 seg tarda y con un SSD que tambien lo eh probado en este caso el mas barato que encontré tarda 7 seg en cargar la partida aveces hasta menos

took me abot 1:40 mins to load this.
