Venture Out is an awesome community. We stay there in our rv on the opposite side of that canal. Great wide canal great water quality and your boat is well protected in that canal. Venture Out has one of the best pools in the Keys. The fuel dock gas is priced very competitively. 💯 a great place to own in the Keys
I stayed in an airbnb in this park the last time i came to the keys. It was nice having the ramp, fuel, bait, and a built-in pressure washer all in the same spot. I have a bay boat, and there was two very easy exits to get to the main channel with plenty of areas to fish.

I know it is all about location, location, location, but the idea of spending $3/4 million for a mobile home that is prime target for hurricane is insane. But, someone will buy it with CASH soon.
The home rental business has changed the Values of some real estate. This property can generate serious rental income which changes the property’s value dramatically. In the Keys, Monroe County, almost all Rental Agreements must be for a minimum of 29 or 30 days. Sounds like this property can do Weekly Rentals. That adds value thus raises the price. Additionally, if you “Live for Water”, meaning you fish, SCUBA Dive, love snorkeling, beach exploring…. these properties are a rare find. Be well.

Poor economy elsewhere, still millions and millions of cash flooding South Florida businesses and that money has to be parked somewhere. And real estate is the best place for it. Just some people in South Florida get a little touchy using the words "Money Laundering" to describe the South Florida economy. 🤣
I just want to commend you two on production quality...looking slick without being cheesy. One minor critique. Near the end with Madeleine's closing commentary, the camera does some odd shading on her face in the closer up view. It may be on my TV's end.
I looked at a couple of places here and if you are going to finance make sure you do the numbers on insurance before wasting any time.. thank me later ;)..
Yes, most of these places are cash or seller financing terms. However, there is financing available. Regarding insurance, lots of folks just self-insure. Insurance is high (if not, limited) on mobile homes that are rented nightly.

Move that 40acres to the Keys and see what's it worth! You love ID good for you. Those of us that love the ocean and warm climates are good here.
