@@LreemssKuknI do not see how it is gatcha as it is normally taking a tiny chance to obtain something. Wolves can spawn in a ton of biomes now and its quite easy to find new ones and with the spawning mechanics you can force spawn some. Therefore it is in no way related to gatcha or random chance.

This looks awesome! Also, here's a cool new mob idea! (I am on a mission to write a new mob recommendation on every Mojang video until they add one) The new mob is a Stone Golem, which will be a player-spawned mob similar to the Iron Golem. The golem will be spawned with an arrangement of certain chiselled stone types, and upon spawning is extremely loyal to its creator. The golem can be stationed like a statue at the entrances of bases and upon activation (possibly via a redstone signal) will spring to life and attack any intruders. The Golem's main form of attack is to charge at their enemy and try to slam them with their heavy arms, however, they will also have a special ability where it can slam into the ground, sending a shockwave towards their attacker, similar to the Wardens' sonic shriek. As it loses health, it will begin to crumble into smaller stones until breaking apart, dropping cobblestones and possibly rarer loot. If you got to the end of this suggestion, please like the comment if you like the idea so Minecraft sees it! Thanks!
My Suggestion: Can you please add a glowing dog collar? I always lost my dog in dark. It will based on glowing sign system - when you right-click the dog with an glowing ink sac, the dog collar will starts to glow with ist color. It will be cool for cats too!
When he said that we spotted about Hardcore mode by searching through the code. That was a direct point to most people out there, who look at changes in UI codes on every Minecraft Previews and Betas, and posts about them online.
They were always listening. I’m pretty sure the feature was literally under review on their feedback website. Just because they take a while to add something doesn’t mean they don’t know of its existence or popularity within the community but I guess some people haven’t figured that out yet.

While this is appreciated, in my opinion the armor just puts a bandage on the bigger issue of "companion" AI. Players probably still won't take them on journeys because their behavior is burdensome. They dive off cliffs and into lava, or they get stuck in an ocean chunk because you're flying too quickly, potentially being stranded forever. The armor just means they won't die from some of that behavior. If every "companion" mob gets better AI, I think that's even better than the armor
I’ve been wanting wolf and cat variants ever since I first played MC back in the 4th grade. We got cat variants a while ago now, and finally we get wolf variants. I am genuinely excited, I haven’t been this happy for a MC update since I was in middle school.
8 types of wolves are very beautiful. In fact, it should be present in all animals. Different chickens, sheep, cows, etc. Different species like this would be nice to have a reek.

New 1.21 features: bogged mob & wind charge item! Bedrock updates: add-ons, essentially modding for bedrock (just more official) & hardcore on the way (meaning loads of random bug related deaths r gonna be worked on)! 1.20.5 features: improved wolf armor, dye-able & much stronger, & the best update yet, more wolf variants! Definitely one of the best Mc monthly’s so far!

I for one would be happy to pay for add ons if it intrigues me that much, single to buying texture packs on console edition, I was always pleased.
Eh, I'm a fan of old ones too. Genuinely speaking, I don't see how the old ones are outdated, they are just unique. I think this is more of old vs new Minecraft case such as it always is with mob designs of old and new as well as old vs new texture packs. All of those things have their fans and enemies. New ones are still great choices though!
i’m noticing this update is adding a lot of different variations of already existing things, like the breeze (a wind version of blaze) the bogged (poison version of skeleton) different wolf breeds (or textures). even some items, like wolf armor (a wolf version of horse armor) and the wind charge (wind version of fire charge)
Yeah, the next one will be cat armor. And cats will now attack not only small creatures but also big ones. By feeding them golden apple. And they will also scare the warden in the future. TY mojang.
Okay, Minecraft has just gotten a whole lot better. WIND CHARGE! Okay parkour, survival and pvp is going to be so much more fun and WOLF VARIANTS! I love how creative Minecraft is

When they were first added I was disappointed. But now I am so glad they are listening to feedback/the community. Since 1.20 they've been listening. And I love it. Armadillo wasn't a disappointment after all.
such a well rounded feature, the dog and armadillo now feel complete, now just need to balance the scutes, to maybe make them drop less frequently so as to avoid clutter

So glad to see the MC community looking forward to an update! Trial chambers to explore & the new features that come with them, bog poisonous skeletons, armadillos, hardcore mode in bedrock, dog variants and dyeable, repairable dog armor. I honestly love all the features that have been announced so far. The only things left: 1. When you name a pig "Tecnoblade", it gets a crown 2. a new achievement for getting every wolf/dog variant. 3.Stronghold generation in superflat. Bonus points for different dye textures for every color & tweaks that make Java and bedrock more similar experiences.

I figured Hardcore was at least going to be announced soon ever since I noticed a large amount of fixes in a mc preview update a few weeks ago, where there were a long list of fixes relating to random damage. Still some work to go, but this makes me super excited. Also, REALLY looking forward to the new wolfs!
Suggestion: Cats can now attack you when you attack them, and they also sometimes fight eachother. There will also be torbie cats, tortoiseshell cats, Bengal cats and lilac cats.

The next layer of progression after tools and armor: Accessories: It Increases player’s stats like hit points, block reach, jump height, inventory slots… . An Additional heart icons will appear for the player. Accessories are crafted with blocks of ore (blocks of diamond, iron…) and unique loot from epic dungeons. They have levels just like tools and armor according to the ore it’s made of, just like armor and tools. They are spread through the dimension they are useful for, for example to craft the one who extends block reach, one should go to caves(trail chambers), adding inventory slots -> the end, adding breath points/bubbles oceans and adding hit points/hearts -> warden dimension… .
I actually quite like that & also Hate it at the same time. Even though that's fun, I usually get too nervous to go somewhere too far as I would die lol
I love the wolf variables, I have a suggestion if you could add the skeleton wolf, like a hostile mob from the valley of souls, you could also add the sound of the wolf howling that is saved in the Minecraft files.
The cool thing is that on Java they’ve made it possible to add new wolf variants with a datapack, so if you play Java you can actually have a skelly wolf.

I'm really liking the new update strategy Mojang's used for 1.20 and 1.21: not going for an overarching theme from the start, just adding things they think are cool (and maybe naming the update near the end).

They updated AI too, it’s smarter and won’t fall in lava as often. Also when it’s on fire: now it looks for water immediately.

Bedrock updates: add-ons, essentially modding for bedrock (just more official) & hardcore on the way (meaning loads of random bug related deaths r gonna be worked on)!
1.20.5 features: improved wolf armor, dye-able & much stronger, & the best update yet, more wolf variants!
Definitely one of the best Mc monthly’s so far!

@@Diimbou supports the creators, what’s so bad about it? Some are free too, or even a smaller version of the other addon as sort of a “try this & see if you want more”. I for one would be happy to pay for add ons if it intrigues me that much, single to buying texture packs on console edition, I was always pleased.

Eh, I'm a fan of old ones too. Genuinely speaking, I don't see how the old ones are outdated, they are just unique. I think this is more of old vs new Minecraft case such as it always is with mob designs of old and new as well as old vs new texture packs. All of those things have their fans and enemies. New ones are still great choices though!

I like the designs of the wolve variants but I think mojang should redesign the wolve like the vex or bats
They’ve really listened to the community here. Love that.
i’m noticing this update is adding a lot of different variations of already existing things, like the breeze (a wind version of blaze) the bogged (poison version of skeleton) different wolf breeds (or textures). even some items, like wolf armor (a wolf version of horse armor) and the wind charge (wind version of fire charge)
and a much bigger and better dungeon too

2 ideas for the wolfs: the first one is that they could howl and the second idea is that I think you should be able to put armor trims on your wolf armor.

At first I was against the armadillo but now that there’s new dog variants I totally support it
When they were first added I was disappointed. But now I am so glad they are listening to feedback/the community. Since 1.20 they've been listening. And I love it. Armadillo wasn't a disappointment after all.
such a well rounded feature, the dog and armadillo now feel complete, now just need to balance the scutes, to maybe make them drop less frequently so as to avoid clutter

Thank you, Mojang, for listening to player feedback and suggestions! I'm super stoked to collect all the wolves! Hopefully there's an achievement like, "Every Place and Breed" (play on words of "Every race and creed,") when we get them all.
Literally been suggesting this as an update forever, but now we need:
- Dog Traits
- Yeti bosses in snow biomes
- Cookbook that gives special buffs if a recipe is successfully made
Honestly not bad
They sound cool as mods
I think Yetis would definitely fit the _mountain_ snow biomes, since those biomes have so much exposed iron and coal.
Cookbooks should definitely be added once they expand on more crops and food making mechanics

this update is actually really cool so far! they’re finally adding features that impact multiple layers of the game, like they used to!

So glad to see the MC community looking forward to an update! Trial chambers to explore & the new features that come with them, bog poisonous skeletons, armadillos, hardcore mode in bedrock, dog variants and dyeable, repairable dog armor. I honestly love all the features that have been announced so far. The only things left: 1. When you name a pig "Tecnoblade", it gets a crown 2. a new achievement for getting every wolf/dog variant. 3.Stronghold generation in superflat. Bonus points for different dye textures for every color & tweaks that make Java and bedrock more similar experiences.

I figured Hardcore was at least going to be announced soon ever since I noticed a large amount of fixes in a mc preview update a few weeks ago, where there were a long list of fixes relating to random damage. Still some work to go, but this makes me super excited.

The next layer of progression after tools and armor:
Accessories:
It Increases player’s stats like hit points, block reach, jump height, inventory slots… . An Additional heart icons will appear for the player.
Accessories are crafted with blocks of ore (blocks of diamond, iron…) and unique loot from epic dungeons.
They have levels just like tools and armor according to the ore it’s made of, just like armor and tools.
They are spread through the dimension they are useful for, for example to craft the one who extends block reach, one should go to caves(trail chambers), adding inventory slots -> the end, adding breath points/bubbles oceans and adding hit points/hearts -> warden dimension… .
Lets be honest. We all enjoy how enthusiastic vu is.

I love the wolf variables, I have a suggestion if you could add the skeleton wolf, like a hostile mob from the valley of souls, you could also add the sound of the wolf howling that is saved in the Minecraft files.

The cool thing is that on Java they’ve made it possible to add new wolf variants with a datapack, so if you play Java you can actually have a skelly wolf.
Minecraft marketplace is mostly paid items and it’s is super rare to find anything free nowadays which makes this really sad but hey the add-ons look cool

I'm really liking the new update strategy Mojang's used for 1.20 and 1.21: not going for an overarching theme from the start, just adding things they think are cool (and maybe naming the update near the end).
