Her most obvious weakness is that she's lazy. The woman doesn't bother to become informed and has a history of yelling and cursing at her staff when they fail to come up with a cover for that failure. Her background is of one who had everything handed to her, so it's understandable that she doesn't expect to be judged on the basis of her knowledge. That might work out okay if she was very smart, but her intellect is mediocre so she can't pull it off. Remember all the candidates for the office of POTUS in 2019? They were all smarter than her and her performance was so bad that she had to bail without earning a single vote.
I just did an interview last week. I was asked to name two weaknesses. I said:
- I don’t ask for help enough, even when I’m overwhelmed
- I can be too headstrong and try to take the lead on things when I should let someone else lead.
I gave these answers faster than her and didn’t do the whole “they’re weaknesses but actually strengths BS”
