Not me returning to this video, I love it so much, and trust me it's incredible in person, I remember when it was being built and to see it almost everyday in Miami is powerful. It's such a beast and a true statement of wealth and simplicity
If the late Zaha Hadid were around today, she would love this video.... especially first part as camera caresses all the beauty spots. LPG does justice to this incredible a architecture, like nobody else.
Love the video! As a person who worked in downtown Miami for over 13 years, I watched that building being built over time. I use to get gas at the BP station and remember the pawn shop that was behind it. I remember when they closed it down to acquire the land to build that building. As it was being built, I always wondered what some of the units would look like. I truly enjoyed the video. 👍
LPG a truly great video to one of my all time favorite architects the late Zaha Hadid. I was saddened when I heard that she was taken from us far too early. A true visionary, I love her works both public and the few residential designs, such as this One Thousand Museum, and 520 west 28th in New York. Incredible intro to the overall building here before the two suites were shown. Zaha's work deserves this type of treatment to display it in it's full glory. Thanks again for a fantastic video LPG!!
That should be obvious but it still looks incredible. If your on a budget then your probably not looking to live in one of these towers. The question is weather Miami will become a business empire needed to sustain all these millionaire towers going up. Miami is already landlocked making living expenses climb.
@@JohnCiaccio ... these types of objects are created, of course, so that they are unique, so that those who can afford it can be separated from those who cannot. Everyone has their own taste and needs for some is a sense of aesthetics for others functionality ... of course the project itself is interesting unnecessarily expensive for me .... Maybe someday I will understand it and accept that beauty must cost - for today I can say that for me a good project is one that impresses but at the same time it doesn't cost too much. I've seen such projects in LPG presentations and more.
@@MichaPiekarskidesigner There are architects and engineers that only design these kinds. Others do more modest designs like you are referring to. However it still stands on who will live in all these towers. They are all expensive and I don't see Miami as a business magnet such as New York and other big cities. Most are probably rented out like Abnb's. Maybe second residences for people living in the north.
Miami rent is extremely high it doesn’t add up to what 90% of how much Americans make only the top 5% of the population can afford these places. It makes zero sense
The way Miami rent and buying is set up it’s like they just build these places just to Build them. These places are mostly empty. The new places I’ve stayed in parking garages are mostly empty. U can blast your music and no one complains cause it’s no neighbors
Question, is this a place I can just go inside to visit and look around ?, Cos my girlfriend will return to Miami to be w me again and I wanna take her here but need more info, thanks :)))
@@Legendary_Productions When you shell out 20 mil for an apartment you expect NOT to share your pool with strangers. There might be a communal one but you should still get your private pool for that kind of money.

True, I guess some people don't like it. I am the same way with some things but the OTM is my favorite structure in Miami and I feel it's cos I live in Miami and I'm used to the city life and future things we have
Where do you get money to live here? How can you clean this huge apartment? Where do you find so many friends to invite here for entertainment purposes? 😭 How much would it cost to buy and install blinds for huge windows? I have so many questions, I can foget about coronavirus, $1,200 stimulus check fromTrump and unememoloyement that I am still waiting for 3 weeks..😔
Fun fact: David Beckham just purchased a penthouse here.

Too beautiful of a building to be located where it is... Ms. Hadid you had a great vision.. you will be missed.. RIP
There is nothing wrong with that location !!
You really should visit. The view there is incredible. In the heart of Miami.

Thank you very much!
Love all the widows high roof.,,,,love Miami
Everyone loves this style, but you need to know that these projects are often 10-15 times more expensive than similar ones...

Absolutely stunning, would love to collaborate with you some day. I fly custom indoor and outdoor drones in case if you ever need fpv drones.
Underwhelming is NOT the word I would use NOT to describe this!

That pool on top is communal. Weird, you pay 20 mil for an apartment and have to share the pool with strangers.
Probably going to get cheaper as soon as the sea rise problem get worse.
They have an indoor and outdoor pool. It's not weird, all hotels or residences this size will have a shared pool.
