Thanks for these vlogs, Ken. I am pretty new to intermittent fasting. I try to eat between 8 am. and 4 pm on most days. I need to lose weight, but really, it helps so much with my digestive issues.
I only want to lose about six pounds, and I'd like to try this, but, I think, my diabetes prevents me from doing so. I am glad that it's working for you.
He's not telling you to do it . Everyone has different needs and wants for their body and weight loss. Some people find eating 5-6 small meals a day every few hours helps them

For the women who have trouble fasting there is a book "Fast Like A Girl " It teaches you to eat and fast according to your hormones.

Good for you on the fast, problem is most usually gain most of the loss back after they resume eating.
Should do a 5-7 day fast and document it. Would be interesting!
The most effective way I have discovered for myself to lose weight is I got an Aussie puppy. Very active and keeps me busy lmao!! 😅

Currently trying a 16:8 intermitted cycle for 2 weeks now and it has been going well over all. Sundays I take off just to keep it simple overall.

I've considered fasting, but I don't know if I could do that and keep up my exercise routine.
If your regularly exercising then you need to eat your daily calories or more I would imagine
