Hey Joy. Nice video, great tour. $90 a night comes to about $2780 or $3037.61 after taxes. My objection is that someone who is making $111,600 a year may not be looking to rent this, and would not settle for this. Then again, what do I know?
I know it's been a while and apologies for the weird question, do you know if the bed consists in two mattresses put together or just a big one? Kind of a big deal since booking a room with two separate beds is a lot more expensive 😂
Yes corporate housing means your company pays for your housing. This is typically when new hires relocate to a new city for a job and the company covers a month of housing while the employee gets situated in finding a permanent residence. A lot of these corporate housing buildings are now vacant due to the pandemic and people no longer needing to travel for work and work in person so companies like Sonder can market them for residential short term rentals!
I have, but I’m not there in my life right now. I spent many years of my adult life living in the comfortable suburbs of Arizona and Southern California and where I am now I prefer to be in NYC. I understand NYC isn’t for everyone and if it’s not for you, you don’t need to keep watching the videos :)
Would you consider this?!
Hey sending you a message on IG about contributing to my new App!

Wait what does corporate housing mean? lol Can you clarify? Does the company pay for the apartment rent?

@@joymae awesome thanks for the reply!☆♡ ☺
For such a small place, that studio is dope AF. Great option. Free heat like your place or nah? HAHA
It’s actually free!!! Everything included this is actually considered big
Sure, just don't plan to live there long term, unless you make at least 112k a year.
@@dcabral00 112k a year in NY? That’s it?
Hey Joy! Have you ever considered moving to a place like Florida? And if not, why not?
