the flavor is great. The starting smoke goes everywhere and it gathers in my outdoor canvas (see the last full length video). I preheat the smoker at 225, let out the smoke, then increase temperature if needed. Once the smoker is at final temperature the smoke runs very clean.. My only issue with this smoke is the need for deep cleaning the ashes out of the fire box with a brush and a shop-vac
How is the smocker on flavor? As the charcoal ignites were does the bad smoke go to?
