I like mine well enough, but it doesn't stay in tune terribly well under even moderate tremelo use. Build quality otherwise as you state is really good.

If u call it modern, it must have some electronic, sustainer, covered in the neck, piezo bridge, a plug for midi a device, a mechanism to drop to D and C.

Piezo bridge would be cool I admit, but I think it can be perfect without all the bells and whistles too. But looking at the comments maybe that’s just me 🤷‍♂️

To answer you title question. No it's not even close to perfect I've played one multiple times and it's a good guitar but it's no better than multiple guitars out there and first you have to be able to get past the baseball bat neck on it. Maybe a top 15 guitar at best.
