impressive technology. If they manage to decrease led size and cost, this could be THE screen technology of the future. Instant response, very bright, perfect contrast.

What is the cost of this machine and what is its annual production capacity?

Thank you for your interest in our MicroLED system.
For such specific questions, we will need to get in contact with you directly. Please send an email to tech.sales@coherent.com and we will get in touch with you.
To give you an idea about the throughput, this system is designed for highest flexibility and MicroLED display development and can do 3 different processes. For the Laser-Lift-Off (LLO) part the performance could exceed currently available systems already by a factor of 2!

Can we integrate many micro-leds with a battery into a hollow cylindrical plastic glass without compromising much of the glass's diameter?

can this mashine works at 32 inch 4K display. I'm pretty tired from holloing effect at FALD Displays and permamently burn in risc of Oleds. Looks like microled only the way to get perfect black levels with extream higth brigtness without ABL and burn in. I pretty thrust in MicroLED that it bring the future of display😀

How many leds can the machine transfer per minute? Hundreds of thousands? Millions?

Interesting question! It depends on the material combination and process. This 3-1 system has a two field size configuration. Assuming a common pitch of approx. 80µm between two red MicroLEDs the system can process in the range of millions per minute. If the pitch is larger the number of processed MicroLEDs is lower. Our laser transfer is a future-proof technology and we will support customers and can show roadmaps to larger beam sizes with consequently higher throughput.
