Every song by LCD is like the best 10 seconds you always rewind to hear again of the best songs you ever heard, except with LCD its all the way through and there is no need to rewind. Personally for me its my favourite driving album, makes those long journeys seem amazing and almost too short.
My favorite music includes many genres, but not techno/electronic. I've been listening to the Grateful Dead almost daily for 40 years. And then..... there are songs like this that are so amazingly good - it's a whole new world. Thanks to my then teenage daughter for turning me on to this 10 years ago.
They don't actually help with the studio versions, Murphy does it all alone and records track by track but yes, they do bring the songs to life on stage BIG TIME, and Nancy always has that exact same effect on me: she makes me feel happy for no reason whenever I see her behind that immense pile of technology that she operates so effortlessly.
