Edward Weston Remembered - Rare interview with Brett Weston, Cole Weston & Neil Weston. This interview, conducted by Steve James of the Eikon Gallery (Monterey CA), is shown here for the first time since its initial airing in 1971. Viewed now as photographic icons of 20th century, it is touching to see these masters describe their father, Edward Weston. They touch on his photography, but it is more about their personal memories of him as a person and a father.

Hi Nicholas - The black fingernails are due to the use of Amidol as a developer - Brett and Cole both followed procedures Edward had established decades earlier. A side effect of exposure to Amidol are the black fingernails. Tony - Gallery Director at Lumiere
