S5E29 Spider Season

In this video, I move the steers and hens to new ground. The "Little Rogue Hen" has returned, but I can't get her into the pen with the big girls. I find a very large spider on my UTV, and after I move her, I notice how many spiders there actually are in the rafters of my barn. I wrap up by finally getting some burn pile work done.

She is a Golden Orb Weaver, commonly known as a “Banana Spider.” The females are the big ones; the males don’t get more than about a half inch. Their webs can be anywhere from 3-6 feet in diameter. I’ve typically seen them out in the woods, but this year they’ve decided that the barn will do nicely! Thanks for watching and dropping a comment!
