Great video btw ty. I've been trying to set up my DAW for reamping today but frustratingly no sound was coming out of my amp despite setting the output of my DI track to the interface. I noticed you set the track to mono and not stereo. May I ask why?
The output assignment in the DAW is set to mono because we're working with a mono track and are Reamping to a mono Reamp box. It's also a good habit to get into only using single outputs at a time in the case where you may need to be assigning to multiple line outputs at a time in a single session down the line. As for your issue, double check that there are no features on the Reamp box that are preventing signal from passing (i.e. mute or volume controls), and double check I/O assignment settings for your interface if your interface has a digital mixer/control app. I would also trying swapping out your cabling at both the input and output of the Reamp box for different cables as well if you haven't tried that already. If the problem persists, please feel free to reach out to our tech team at support@radialeng.com!
Our traditional Reamp boxes will require the use of an audio interface with dedicated outputs for the best results and simplest routing within your DAW. For any smaller format 2 output interfaces, we would recommend taking a look at our Reamp HP instead.
As far as im aware, i have everything setup correctly in logic pro x, but i'm getting no sound from the amp. I'm going from output 2 on my focusrite 18i20 (Gen 1) into the balanced input. Signal out to my amp and I'm getting no sound whatsoever. I know I'm obviously doing something wrong, I just can't figure out what

Can you do reaping with any audio interface, or am I gonna need something with dedicated outputs?
