- Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young perform "Our House" at the Farm Aid concert in Bristow, Virginia on September 17, 2000.
Farm Aid was started by Willie Nelson, Neil Young and John Mellencamp in 1985 to keep family farmers on the land and has worked since then to make sure everyone has access to good food from family farmers. Dave Matthews joined Farm Aid's board of directors in 2001.

This always reminds me of our family beach house in Newport Beach. There was a cute little house behind us complete with a white picket fence. There was a young a lady there always playing with her toddler. I feel like I watched that little kid grow up.
I always left my window open to hear the waves from the beach and the gentle flapping of the pull down blinds. We were very close to Newport pier. I’d walk to the end of the pier and have coffee.
What a sweet story this is.
this is an incredible rendition, despite the late start of the video. It's so nice to hear Neil's acoustic guitar which has such a nice on this great ballad.

I am right now. This song was is my bff song for her family. They had the perfect family when her brother then 18 went to Woodstock and od'ed. Her parents went to get him from NY and he was never the same. That alone was enough to destroy her parents marriage and destroyed her family unit. She is laying in a hospital sick as fk. right now. So sad. I am worried sick.
