      @robertreyes4269  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, I haven’t had any issues and it’s been 4 years since I put them in. Only thing is I would recommend to have the engine running if you’re going to have the doors open for light. It did kill my battery once and I had to jump start.

    Unless I missed it, the original cargo light is only operable by Fords ‘Better Ideas’ Body Control Module and we are at the whim of their idiotic timing program.
    I have the 2017 version and I have had the battery die on me numerous times because, like any other service vehicle, we are always in and out all the time.
    Fords stupid logic is ALL the perimeter lights come on at any opening for 10 MINUTES or until ALL doors are shut. And if you happen to open another door…the 10 minute timer starts all over again!
    They say it’s impossible to change it but hey! Easy turned off by pushing the turn signal forward then pulling back cancels it!!!
    Until you open another fkn door!
    Once I complete my anger management course thanks to but not funded by Ford,(😂) I will trace the trigger wire as it enters the BCM then add a switch to it so I have control, not the BCM.
    With light I will add to my van, I will run a dedicated line with my own switches.
    I’ve actually gone out and bought a NOCO Li-po battery booster and have already used it a few times!
