@Star Star What do you mean? Like how I got all the money? Well my parents are rich and took me and my brother along with them when they traveled from an early age when I was little. And I started saving money from an early age so I can go on more journeys. I am going to the Arctic this summer.
@Star Star I went with a Wessel. It was like a group thing. You met in Ushuaia in Argentina and the Wessel disembarked from there. My trip was for nine nights aboard the ship. The price was around 7400 U..S dollars. That was the price just for the ship and food on the ship. You also had to pay for tips for the staff and any plane costs to and from Ushuaia and hotel nights in Ushuaia. And that was the price for one person.
@Star Star Do not say that :). If you really want to go there, "fight" for it. I always wanted to see the world, but my parents were poor...so, when I was 25 I decided to fight for my dream - I quit my job in my country (in Eastern Europe) and moved to another country (in Western Europe), where the salaries are much more higher (and paid 14 times per year). I've been living here for almost 6 years and visited 27 countries, plus Antarctica. It's a nice feeling, because I really worked for the money and my dream came true. Furthermore, I met my love and it's so beautiful to see the world with him :). And btw: the trip to Antarctica can be cheaper, if you take a bigger ship (still allowed to land)/ share the cabin with other people / search for deals :).

I have a goal in life to visit all 7 continents. And Antarctica is no exception. Very beautiful landscape one of the most beautiful and remote places on earth. I would love to travel there if it doesn’t melt by the time I get there. This planet is beautiful and some people don’t even realize. We are not separate from nature we are a part of it.
Same here. I've been to 4. I'm missing Antartica, South America and Oceania. Probably my next trip will cover South America.

A co-worker of mine actually traveled to Antarctica a few years ago. She said it was one of the most amazing experiences ever! The icebergs, penguins colonies; she even took a quick cold plunge in the ocean water there!😮
You won't see the night sky as its daylight in Antarctica for 6 months straight which is the only time you can travel there.

I visited this majestic land 2 years ago. Beautiful place with rich history for the ages. I have had the fortunate to explore many places all around the globe. It’s a dream to have the resources to accomplish this.

How you get there
How many days you stayed and how much the whole thing cost?
@@thanasgoga7127 hello, the trip from Ushaia on the cruise ship takes 1 whole day, we stayed in Antartica for 3 days, but sleeping in the cruise ship. We got on and off to explore, and it takes 1 whole day to go back to Ushuaia. The trip cost around 6000 dollars. In addition you need to rent special clothing. The service is complete, all meals and accomodation. I really recommend it! Then you can stay at the most for two days in Ushuaia, there is not much to do and see there, I would recommend you go to Buenos Aires and stay there for sightseeing, its a wonderful city and very cheap also.

It was my last continent as well and I thought it was very expensive as well. But I went there a couple weeks ago and it was definitely worth it.

Travelling is a nice experience and you learn however these kind of cruises are unnecessary. Already there is heaps of pollution caused by unnecessary greed and unwanted exploration missions. The amount of ice cleared and the rising sea levels and every drop to the ocean and its contributors. Those ice breaking ships and their pollution on mother earth is phenomenal. Some places should be preserved they are not for tourism.
