Finally found a video which seems to resolve my issue. Since 3 weeks my dashcam is not recording . When I went to memory card it’s full and not overwriting . Their FIFO policy didn’t work:( will try updating the software and firmware .
I am fed up with this dashcam there FIFO policy does not work hence the memory card gets full every time and the dashcam does not give notification that memory card is full and keep on restarting. Second the gave me replacement this replacement device was itself faulty in the replacement device when rear cam was connected its keep on getting restarted as technician visit was pending since 7 days hence called the customer care and asked them for refund. I was initially planning to buy 70mai camera but as its china brand i went ahead with qubo which was my worst mistake. Conclusion dont buy qubo dashcam as it will end up in emergency situations.
I also faced same issue, then I formatted my sdcard it’s start recording and upgraded as well. Why I formatted sd card is because I observed there is some bug with QuboPro. It’s not deleting old recording automatically.
Same issue..not deleting old videos automatically, and as a result new vdos not being recorded.. memory issue may be..can you find any solution.. please let me know
I dont see the recording happening automatically. I need to connect to app and click on start recording button. If i dont click that it will save the trip videos otherwise only jolts are captured. Is it the way??
No, the whole video is captured and gets saved in the memory card. Clicking on record button does the ‘on-demand’ recording and saves the clip on the app using your phone which you can download in your gallery whenever you want.
Same issue I am also facing. What about the OTA software update through Qubo Pro app. I am not able to update. Can you share the google drive link. It will be a great help.
It’s better to get the link from their customer support. Because, the software release may have changed. Just contact with their customer support once and ask them to share as you are not able to do the OTA update. Here is the number: +91 81789 77914 Just ping them in WhatsApp without your camera model.

1. It doesn’t have any relation with android auto or Apple car play. So it works whenever the engines starts. 2. You don’t need to keep the Wi-Fi on, it starts recording and saves the recorded videos in the memory card. You need to connect your phone via Qubo wifi only when you need to see video footage from your phone or you want to take photo or video to save on your phone. Otherwise all the recordings are saved in memory card by default without the need of phone. 3. No #2 answers this. No phone is required.
My Dashcam has stopped giving display, when I click on buttons, display comes, it shows recording but again within minutes display on screen goes off. I have formatted the SD card as mentioned in Quick help guide of Dashcam online support but of no use. Any one facing same problem. Any solution! Thanks for response.
You can check once upgrading the firmware to latest version if available. Don’t bother to ping the qubo support. They can’t run away selling the devices.

Have you formatted the SD card from the camera app? If not, do so. Next, contact with qubo customer support and get the latest software downloaded. Copy the software on the SD card, put that into the cam and then turn on the camera. Job will be done

Are you able to view the live feed from the application or blank screen is shown there as well? Try formatting the SD card once from the application itself and check. My problem resolved after formatting the SD card.

Qubo is a fu...ng disgrace! I suffered a major road rage incident on 2nd jan, and my version (the shit called Pro) doesn't allow me to view the recordings on the app. So I inserted the micro sd card into an adaptor and connected it to my laptop, and guess what, the camera has stopped recording on 14th december itself!

My qubo dash cam pro red light is continuously glowing, (not blinking), doesn't prompt any sound and not able to use it.
