    Finally found a video which seems to resolve my issue. Since 3 weeks my dashcam is not recording . When I went to memory card it’s full and not overwriting . Their FIFO policy didn’t work:( will try updating the software and firmware .

    My Dashcam has stopped giving display, when I click on buttons, display comes, it shows recording but again within minutes display on screen goes off. I have formatted the SD card as mentioned in Quick help guide of Dashcam online support but of no use. Any one facing same problem. Any solution! Thanks for response.

    I am not able to view the recording even though it is getting recorded. It just shows this extension video cannot be played in my laptop. Kindly help me resolve this issue.

    I have few queries regarding Qubo dashcam or in general dashcams..
    1. does dashcam record/work when using navigation on android auto on car touch screen. i have read few comments it doesnt work when using android auto..
    2. do I have to keep wifi always on while recording??
    3. Do we need dedicated mobile to keep it on to have live recording? or how much time it takes to go in app and view the last recording..

      1. It doesn’t have any relation with android auto or Apple car play. So it works whenever the engines starts.
      2. You don’t need to keep the Wi-Fi on, it starts recording and saves the recorded videos in the memory card. You need to connect your phone via Qubo wifi only when you need to see video footage from your phone or you want to take photo or video to save on your phone. Otherwise all the recordings are saved in memory card by default without the need of phone.
      3. No #2 answers this. No phone is required.

    Same issue I am also facing. What about the OTA software update through Qubo Pro app. I am not able to update. Can you share the google drive link. It will be a great help.

      It’s better to get the link from their customer support. Because, the software release may have changed. Just contact with their customer support once and ask them to share as you are not able to do the OTA update.

      What kind of error is it showing? Can you see the qubo Wi-Fi on your phone?

    I also faced same issue, then I formatted my sdcard it’s start recording and upgraded as well. Why I formatted sd card is because I observed there is some bug with QuboPro. It’s not deleting old recording automatically.

    I dont see the recording happening automatically. I need to connect to app and click on start recording button. If i dont click that it will save the trip videos otherwise only jolts are captured. Is it the way??

      No, the whole video is captured and gets saved in the memory card. Clicking on record button does the ‘on-demand’ recording and saves the clip on the app using your phone which you can download in your gallery whenever you want.

    My qubo dashcam keeps disconnecting from application. Any idea why this is happening and how to resolve this?

      The first step is to check whether the camera software ja upgraded to latest version or not.
      Next, you may uninstall and re-install the app again.
      See if this helps you, otherwise you might need to connect with customer care.

      This is a dual cam set-up. It records both sides.

      What I understood from QUBO support guys is that checking for software upgrade is the first step to do, considering all the settings are perfect. Post that, connect to customer care if the problem isn’t resolved!

    My agaro dash cam is not being connected to my phone through wifi. However once or twice it was connected but again it failed. Whether low internet signal may be reason or else.please advice me to resolve this. Thanks.

      Have you formatted the SD card from the camera app? If not, do so.
      Next, contact with qubo customer support and get the latest software downloaded. Copy the software on the SD card, put that into the cam and then turn on the camera. Job will be done

      Are you able to view the live feed from the application or blank screen is shown there as well?
      Try formatting the SD card once from the application itself and check.
      My problem resolved after formatting the SD card.

      I would suggest you to format SD card and then check. If it doesn’t get resolved, speak with customer care service once.

    Don't purchase this dash cam, there are no physical service centers and they are charging 750 for technician visit.
