Oh my dear lord, what the heck was she thinking? What did those salmon and tuna did to her that she had to kill them again?!?! Those pieces of fish deserved a whole lot more respect than she gave them. Overcooked and shredded to bits, that's no way to treat beautiful fish like that... The video on it self was great tho, and the music could be worse ;)

Yep. The at first great looking fish was destroyed by the cook. Extremely over cooked. That's why they keep adding oil to it as well as gobs of sauces. Good lovely tasting fish does not need to be masked in thick piles of ingredients and sauces.
Lets say its what has now 'wrecked' western food, it's what those 'high up' in government like to call "Health & Safety", everything is so overcooked and supposedly 'cleansed' before you eat it. In a lot of places a piece of Chicken & a piece of Beef could be put in front of you and blindfolded you would be hard put to tell which was which. That is why that stall has 'tin foil' all round the cooking area, what the idiots forget is it has probably been used 50 times for the same thing as it is all creased, and there are probably more germs on it and those 'clips', exactly the same with those gloves, they have gone MAD in the West over how food is cooked out of doors.
IT IS a WESTERN thing everywhere, total madness as far as cooking is concerned. THE BEST Western cooking is in a 'family' home where you can cook it how you like it cooked, at least you do not have anyone "dictating" to you how it should be done.
