We just got approved for a town home in south Jordan we got very lucky but we're thinking we want to buy next year or in a year and a half any thoughts would be great or any information I personally would like a home and like an acre or two to plant fruit trees and a big garden and some chickens I don't care where in Utah

Very little. You can find townhomes or condos, but very difficult to get a single family home under 500k
