    I love this topic! I have been co-pitching yeast for awhile. The one fail I have had to date is pitching Bananza along with Lutra as I didn't want a hazy dark beer. The Lutra completely dominated and knocked the Banaza out! Lesson learned 😉

    Great topic & conversation! I'd also be interested in hearing Chris' thoughts on dry yeast. The limitations and difficulties in producing it and if they will ever offer any. Lately, when I brew a style where an appropriate dry stain is available I've found myself using it more often just because of the ease of use and less worry about viability and cell count. Cheers!
