Tbh I'm hoping for this game to have a balanced fruit system where most are somewhat equal and not just two are op and meta in pvp and stuff like that

Theres gonna be a meta, if theres gonna be build diversity in a game then there will always be a meta BUT that doesnt mean that other fruits won't be viable. You're most likely gonna have to make an active decision to play a worse fruit if it looks more fun to you but it should hopefully still be good enough to a point where you can fight someone with the "meta" fruit and win if you're good enough.
That’s not really possible tbh. In the actual manga, there are some fruits way better than others and that’s just how it works. Luckily, the devs are actually working hard to make guns, swords, and weapons equal to fruits so if there is a fruit meta, there will still be many counters and strategies. Don’t expect a perfect fruit system, it’s simply not possible and you will be disappointed even though it will be an amazing game.

I would like it if every fruit was equally good and some fruits might not be as fast like fire vs light but you can use fire to burn down doors and secret things or parts of the story mission where it requires a torch or smth and just be able to progress, but these fruits should be rare, like little more than gpo rare, like some people don’t get a fruit but haki and other things should be viable and a fruits downsides are really bad like swimming be a major feature.

Hopefully their fruits are somehow equal with each other like Magic in Arcane Odyssey, where you need actual skill and brain cells to make the correct build otherwise even the so called "braindead" Microwave Mage can't do anything

every game dies but this game wont die as easily, look at shindo life, it's still doing solid. alot of promising games do die but these people have a track record to do amazing. that's why we're all hyped and we trust them from everything we have@@darklight8011
Survival guide for Rell seas:
Always have a fruit that can fly and has a transformation aoe.
Never go to a island that has bounty hunters until u get good fruit like dragon or gear 4.
Always have a venom fruit saved up if u need back up and a crew or mounts
