If Rell Seas does not release or they have stopped their work, it's your fault because one side wants something, and the other side wants something too. Even if the Rell Seas developers do something, both sides are not satisfied. On Twitter, they choose minimal VFX on Discord they choose maximal VFX

it's just discord sometimes deletes votes so it seemed like it was maximum vfx instead of minimum

Honestly i think they should go with a mix between two as no matter what they do one side wont be happy so thats the best option by making the minimal vfx the basic effect when you damage and the exaggerated when you land a critc.

I see you are talking about the graphics as a whole and rell seas has very good graphics, they went all out with the models, those models clearly aint minimalistic, the fruits model looks cool and unique, from what I have seen from the sneaks and the movie, I say they did a good job with the map with respect to to the art style they went for.
this all is about VFX, they stated on the poll that its about VFX and I dont think that rell seas with the art style it has with the map and characters, they dont need the over exaugurated/spam vfx most roblox games have.
I find the vfx on the dinosour and the gravity fruit to be at a great amount, it doesnt have too much nor its too less (by less I mean it being limited to 1 vfx part and hence only being 1 colour or too small).
Most of the people who complain about the vfx are the avg skibidi toilet enjoyers who need to be constantly stimulated to find the combat interesting.
I bet that these vfx spam enjoyers/kids will get numb to these over exaugurated vfx and they would need even more exaggerated vfx

Yeah what I'm saying, the vfx perfectly match that one piece art style they mastered with the models and map. It really just feels nice and refreshing, the vfx aren't bad either, they just aren't going overboard. It's a fresh take on an overestimated genre that is farming dopamine with over the top colors and effects.
@@sheburashka yeah i like their take on it, but i wish the actual crack effect for the "crit" feature they added looked a bit better, perhaps ittl fit with the maps art style though.
just needs a bit of work. (im not talking about the normal effects, just the big crack that appears occasionally)

There is no way thats possible since they are probably gonna rework everything to perfection if they find something's wrong. So i would say its between may-june or even july

U know the idea u gave for the chance of the exaggerated effects for the chance at extra dmg is a pretty balanced way of looking at it
they should add a setting that allows you to pick essentially in graphics packs from minimal to overexaggerated
Look bro yall aint gonna start complaining about the rell developpement and their changes , if yall aint happy just dont put the max vfx / graphism like its so simple , they could just put a high vfx / high graphics mode for those who can handle it and play without problems , and put low vfx / low graphics for those who dont like too much effect or those who want less effect , Its not that big of a deal for people to half the community , smh bruh .

Tbh I prefer minimalistic just because it puts more emphasis on the animations which ate definitely the selling point + it helps with screen clutter which is a huge problem in Blox fruits and gpo lol
The easy fix is just make the final m1 have gura vfx whether minimal or maximum vfx doesn't really matter but I would prefer max if I had to choose one.

You worded that a bit odd. Rell seas has amazing graphics, especially if you can just look at the trees, sky, sand, etc.The only thing that people keep b*tching and complaining about is vfx, or the extra flashy fx that comes with abilities. I think they have a way their going to do it in order to satisfy all the players who are complaining about it and make a balance between both. All we can do is wait and see.( I personally do not care about the vfx, but rather the gameplay itself)

I personally think it should be a mix between the two, making it so the combo extender have minimal effects as to not take up the screen, but have the combo enders or Final esc moves have more flash and big effects for the people who enjoy the visuals.

The game is not a fruit battlegrounds, so it don't really need to have some ultra good attacks, if people still want high vfx, i guess they should just add a option to make the vfx lower or higher

It'd be nice if instead of the typical Str/Agi/Vit type of stats, you could upgrade your weapon/fighting style and armor with certain materials acquired throughout the map, forcing you to essentially explore different islands. Also it'd be nice if maps could point out the kind of materials you'll see on each island.
Weapon/fighting style upgrades will essentially UP your damage output and attack speed, while armor upgrades may vary from speed buffs, health buffs, longer parry windows, to rare buffs like 15% elemental resistance against logias for example. That way we break away from the typical RPG stat distribution we see on every one piece game, and people can truly create unique builds.

I would say have a seitch to turn off and on minimal vfx, But that would take alot of time and unnecessary work and effort for the game, so i want a middle of the line kind of deal if they dont do that (and i would understand why), i also understand why if that isnt a good fix for it because im not a developer and i dont know how much money it would cost, i like looking at flashy things but as long as im having fun ill be happy

People standards for this game is way too much. Allosaurus vfx were amazing and the gravity vfx are already better then all the gravity fruits ive seen at least. I dont get why people expect this game to be the best game to ever release. They are putting too much pressure on the devs and honestly the original quake fruit looked fine. Yea it wasn’t much but atleast i still enjoyed it. Now we have to pick between 2 options because the community was too picky that it didn’t look accurate enough or didn’t blind them enough.

Swift that graphics take is completely wrong. Its made for the older audience who genuinely dont care as much for high vfx, the game will get hundreds of thousands of players even with these graphics. Me personally i prefer this because everyone can have a fair experience and not need a godly pc to have one
Yeah this game isn't supposed to compete with Blox fruits because they're goals are completely different, Blox fruits was made to generate cash, rell seas was made to make a good one piece game and push a new standard.

I feel like the devs care too much about what theyre fans are saying. Not saying its bad to listen to your community but i feel as if they let every opinion the community has get into their heads too much but maybe thats just me. I personally feel like gravity was overall fine and they aint gotta rework the entire thing
I think it's fine that their trying to find a balance between both so people can stop repetitivley complaining about the vfx on a "singular fruit". We have guns, swords, many other types weapons each with their own individual moveset and combos, fishing, cooking/food system, many bosses, missions/quest and side quest , crafting many different items, enchantments, exploring/navigation, thieving, crew systems with cool crew customizations, mounts, combat that I personally think will be amazing once we play and they fix over any extra bugs during testing, NON LAGGING SHIP COMBAT/ CUSTOMIZATION( FURNITURE, RETRAUNTS), Amazing graphics already(Trees, sky, character customization and idolization, ocean, daylight cycle that has beautiful shading if you look back at their early teasers, buildings, ect), Hints of haki, "amazing" fruit models like Allosaures which has never been done this much justice in a one piece roblox game before, great sfx in which some sound fx could easily be replaced if needed, A really well designed impel down system that will be explained in movie 3, NPCs that are well coded, WILD LIFE THAT CAN SPAWN AT ANY MOMENT, A complete soundtrack that may contain catchy music, 30-40 OTHER FRUITS ALREADY MADE THAT WE HAVENT SEEN YET, fruits not being really easy to obtain, no spin system or fruit dealer, other interesting features that we haven't seen but have hints of, and large amounts of content that can be referenced from one piece having thousands of episodes and chapters that can be used in future updates to add much more to the game. Keep in mind that most of this is on release, In which testing has just begun in order to fix the little bugs that you may have seen in the video, along with server capacities and lag. Yet, all people wanna complain about is vfx on certain fruits, the ui bar, and parts of the combat that can be fixed( especially the speed of the combat), plus we haven't even played ourselves. I know I'm probably going to be called a glazer for no stupid ass reasoning, but we gotta acknowledge why vfx doesn't make Rell seas, what it is. I understand giving feedback to make the game even better, but some people are losing hype, just over the vfx alone, and the vfx is not as bad as people are making out to be, plus its fixable. Even if they removed vfx as a whole, it still would be better than the majority of the games we've been stuck with on roblox (cough cough*, blox fruits). But it's fine! The less the hype and expectations get, the more surprising it'll be on release.
