Roblox anime games are dead, rotten, and ruined. But Rell seas and Holy war X Are Games that will be visited by non-anime fans, that’s how hype it’s gotten. If they can’t save Roblox, no game can.
This is actually pretty true. I quit roblox like a year ago because of how boring it got and I switched to Minecraft. I might come back to check those games out and if I end up not liking either of them I will probably quit roblox forever.
what makes this more exciting is HWX and Rell Seas are basically gonna be competing for players, and we all know competition is good for players as it means they'll try to 1 up each other to get players back on their game. basically a tug of war, hoping they continue this so we dont end up in a situation where one dies and the other game doesnt have comp so they get lazy w updates since they know ppl will still play it

ok damn, seeing that holy war x gameplay made me a bit hype lol if they really do have baller side quests it would be cool kinda hoping for side quests where you go to a bandit hideout or a dungeon where you obv get the quest loot (getting an armor set from a quest is really really really cool) but also will get chests that are just there and loot from enemies you kill on the way. would make progression REALLY fun.

I don’t think the games will save roblox single handedly but I think that they are pushing a new wave of non bandit beaters games. And with the way games are using pay for tester it could make roblox game more profitable than ever, A lot of money JJI makes it’s from the subscription so I am guess that we will see a lot of people following that system making more and more people make games, but that could also lead to many Cash grabs as well

i think peroxide is already a very solid blueprint for future anime games, it has its flaws dont get me wrong but the progression is so damn fun that i maxed out every race, its definitely way better than every other bandit beater out there, so every huge game post peroxide will have to be better than it.

I enjoyed the first 90% of progress to vasto, for example, but the sheer amount of times I had to redo the entire vasto grind because some maxed soul reaper would kill me over, and over again, is insane. It truly does feel like the ultimate Sisyphus experience.

Game devs need to actually get better at making games so they don’t need to shutdown for reworks and release, and release in a good state. Honestly, it seems like these games are gonna trump everything else in terms of quality
its $250 for premium testers, people who are actually playing the games to find bugs and test it, also gaining perks throughout the games run, just get normal tester or early access

The reason it isn't used, is because it ruins the fun, you can just go ahead and switch races if one seems too easy, or too hard, a spin system gives everyone an equal chance. After all, some are luckier, some are not, if the game is balanced properly, it doesn't matter.
My only issue is if they release it early 2024 is that there is also the reports that Elden ring dlc will be on feb, and I am a overachieving Korean, ain’t no way I got time for everything

But early game balancing, to the point of each race being exactly equal, doesn't make too much sense, because, after all, even in the show, say, humans are stated to be weaker than other races. Well, as far as I'm aware. Other than that, I do agree that balancing needs to be done, either from late early-game/mid-game, or late to end-game. But early-game balancing to the point of exact equality between each and every different race would be crazy. No, like, honestly. From the show itself, humans are stated, and showed to be the weakest race, after which, as far as I'm aware, come Druids, followed by Vamps, Fairies, Giants, Demons and then Goddesses. Last two being roughly equal, with the goddesses clan being slightly stronger than the demon clan. There are, of course, other races, but the ones I stated seem to be shown more in the show.
The thing is anime game devs have been lazy with these anime simulator games and battlegrounds games and with tell seas and holy war x, devs are basically forced to make better and deeper games instead of making a simulator or anime tycoon, cuz they’ll have to top those games

I genuinly want to make a amazing, non cash grab and fair game. They’re all non anime though cuz I like originality. But early game balancing, to the point of each race being exactly equal, doesn't make too much sense, because, after all, even in the show, say, humans are stated to be weaker than other races. Well, as far as I'm aware.
Other than that, I do agree that balancing needs to be done, either from late early-game/mid-game, or late to end-game. But early-game balancing to the point of exact equality between each and every different race would be crazy.
No, like, honestly. From the show itself, humans are stated, and showed to be the weakest race, after which, as far as I'm aware, come Druids, followed by Vamps, Fairies, Giants, Demons and then Goddesses. Last two being roughly equal, with the goddesses clan being slightly stronger than the demon clan. There are, of course, other races, but the ones I stated seem to be shown more in the show.

In my opinion they are the only ones that can save roblox but they also arent the only ones. Like there are a lot of original and passionate projects out there but since the main topic on roblox rn is anime, any original project passes unseen. Its very sad
