I was laughing my head off when I blew them up and agent 47 said ho,ho,ho it just sounded so emotionless
Do the bricks still spawn with 3 or do we have to get the ones on the entrance?
@@botslayer9814 Just finished that challenge and each brick spawns in a different box. Two are near the fountain and the other one is in the security room.

So I‘ve tested it and it doesn‘t count when you throw the bricks at him while he‘s already knocked out.
I guess it makes sense because the challenge says "pacify him" which you can‘t really do if he‘s already unconscious.

I remember doing it on hitman 1 just kept dragging them onto someone's route so they keep getting woke up and maybe attracting attention to the area

Quick Tip - For this challenge if you knock them both out and collect all of the items you can do the “Santa’s Little Helper” challenge without any time limit. You’ve just gotta knock them out before they are able to grab any of the items and place their bodies in spots where they won’t be found. As long as they aren’t dead the challenge will trigger.
Just want to add a comment to this; When they eventually meet at the fountain you have to make the shot quick, once they drink the wine they will clutch their stomach and wander off. It caught me off guard but managed to knock them both out and drag them into place for the explosion.
Just something to watch for.
same thing happened to me,there should have been more of a warning how fast this happens as i had to do the whole thing again
This just fucked me right up having to do full run again
I had to do it more than 5 times I have to wait for them to come just to see that only one gets killed so I put the canister between the place they stand then the place it was at

The same thing happened to me, but when they ran away, they headed back to the basement in to the room with all the decorations (directly behind the door leading outside to their meeting area. I knocked them both out, dragged them on to the carpet to the right of the door when entering, went and grabbed a propane tank from one of the rooms in the basement and blew it up next to them and completed the challenge.
It seems that as long as the meeting happens, it doesn’t matter when you blow them up afterwards. I only dragged them on to the carpet as that appeared to be the area that worked on Hitman 2016.
I think the first video you did on this challenge (two years ago when it came out on Hitman season 1) was what got me hooked to your guides. So funny how it’s come full circle with you covering it again! Much love Freeze!

I went apricot, coconut, cannonball, toy tank, battle axe, ninja star, fireworks, circumcision knife, bust, katana, bust, mic then back to the battle axe I dropped climbing up the ladder to the attic.
Started as chef. Grabbed a fire extinguisher from apricot to coconut. Threw that at security in canteen, took their uniform. Shot the two bodyguards talking in the attic, took one of their outfits.
In Hitman 3 he doesn't run after his first brick, he just goes into the lunch room for staff, etc.
With Santa's Little Helper you actually have two items you have to catch just in time, the fireworks remote and the 'normal' bust in the attic.
Took me several runs to get it perfect and also to get the NPCs on the right schedule. Kept bumping into roving enforcers that weren't synced up with your run, Harry ended up in the attic way ahead of schedule, but I finally prevailed. I also bow to your 600+ Hitman level. Malus most Necessarium.
And then the propane explosion only killed one of them off course, so here I go again...
Ran into the same freaking issues currently attempting it for the 10th time. Finally made it all the way to the meeting place just to screw it up again.

what i did was when the guard woke Marv up and turned, i hit Marv again before he ran, the guard just woke him up again
I got myself compromised by somehow not properly dropping the battle-axe in the very end but fortunately I was still able to run to the meeting point and finish the challenge.

An easier and faster way to do the brick challenge is to stand out of sight outside the staff dinning area and wait for the target to come. Just as he is able to walk into the dinning area, throw the brick at him. The people inside will notice the unconscious body and immediately go and wake him up. Then repeat this process 2 more times. I done it myself yesterday. It works

FnSnC that’s the main reason I very rarely have ever watched any other youtubers guides; if there’s a Freeze guide on it, watch it. Makes it so much easier for all of us having his commentary to explain and also to hear his random musings.
if you're having trouble at the end getting the explosion to take out both targets, head back down to the cellar and grab an extra propane flask. That will make the explosion bigger and kill both targets with no problem.
I nearly lost all my progress on Santas little helper but luckily I slaughtered all the guards on the top floor

You can do that as well, which is what I did on my second attempt, as my first attempt, they never went to the outdoor location, they stayed at the party. Turns out the reason is because i grabbed the wrong battle axe (The one near the cannonball, in the display case - which apparently still counted for the Santa's Little Helper Challenge) so I guess they only go there if they are empty handed...

Only update I noticed is that there is a security guard in Santa's room now, who frowns at battle axe to the face for saint nick, but if you just make sure he's on the right side of the room before you throw it it'll take him a few minutes to notice the corpse
I wish it was more emphasised how quickly you need to shoot the propane, as it only killed one and knocked the other out, and you cant save and have to do all this tedious crap again. I even went and found another propane can and blew the other guy up with it, nope, what a waste of time.
Yes! The no-saving-anymore change in season was the worst decision in the whole franchise

I fucked up. Didn't want to miss my window to shoot the propane flasks. It killed slick but only knocked the other guy out instead of killing him too! Now I need to redo the whole collecting thing🤣 I love your videos man! They are always very clear and easy to follow! I want 100% completion on these 3 games, you're an amazing help!
Same thing just happened to me right now
I saved the ax for last and just left Santa and the guard knocked out until I got all 12 items and the challenge popped up. Then I went back and changed into the Santa suit for the last part. Also, after putting on the suit my timing just happened to be almost perfect for not being spotted taking the middle staircase all the way down and around. I went out through the door where the waiters are discussing the Bare Knuckle Boxer in the main game.

I just did the whole thing, but it didn't give me oh deer, even though they both died in the propane tank explosion! I don't want to have to do it again.

Thank you so much for this in-depth guide man! I've done it first try with it after failing for hours on my own :)
I just knocked them out and did the Santa's little helper challenge. What I did was I started at the control table with the fireworks remote and I ran to the office room where you can find the letter opener and I threw the Lil' Flashy at the floor. Then I head my way down to the basement and use the instinct to make sure the target gets in the room and once they are in I activate Lil' Flashy and then the target evacuates, this buys you time. So once at the basement you can knock down the other guy before he makes it to that dining room and I dragged his body from where the master key is found. Once the first target gets out of their hodin spot they will make their way back to that same office Lil' Flashy surprised him and from there I knocked them out too and with both targets knocked out you can complete the challenge without any stress.
And it also works for the Oh, Deer challenge.

in case you get only 1 brick, start the game from default and open the gifts around the water fountain you will get 2 bricks from there then lockpick your way down to the basement

To save yourself time. Don't bother trying to time the propane tanks. Just knock the guys out and drop the tanks on their bodys before blowing them up.

During one of my attempts the game glitched and both targets drank something and ran to a bathroom and began vomiting. One got stuck in that animation until I caused a target lockdown but they never went to the propane tanks, even after I collected everything. I was pissed.

The reward for st.47 has been changed to 8000 xp for Paris and know to unlock the suit you need to complete the mission once
I followed everything in this guide and when I blew them up at the end it somehow didn't unlock the Oh Deer challenge.
Did anyone else get this? Playing on PC if that makes a difference.
I blew up the tanks where they meet up with the napolean remote bomb, it didn't kill them, just knocked them off their feet. They ran to the basement so I pacified them and dragged them to the propane tank in the middle of the basement, dropped it between them and blew it up, counted.
I guess the requirements are that they meet up after not getting anything, and then blowing up via any propane tank after that.
I can’t be certain this was just a fluke for me, but it could possibly help others.

A tip for those needing to make up a bit of time for the fireworks remote, after the shuriken instead of going towards the main stairs with the enforcer guard, go to the left and hug left till a door leads to the internal stairs instead making for a faster & safer route. Actually was surprised he didn't take that one.

I did these challenges in season 1. I'm not doing them again. They were so annoying
XD I did them on season 2, but missed one and didn't get the suit, I regretted it deeply but didn't think they would bring the challenges again, wish they just stayed there for good damn

it doesnt let me holster the saber so i cant hold both the saber and the battle axe

Same. Wondering if it's a conditional thing, but I've tried every way to collect the sabre that I can think of. The latest info I read is that you don't need all of them in hand, just make sure they're out of sight permanently so that neither of the thieves ever lay eyes on them. Hide the axe somewhere you're certain the thieves won't go, and it should complete the challenge once you pick up the last item.

Thanks for all these videos 🤪 but the Santa challenge’s have changed. The first present in the security room now only has one brick, not all 3 needed so I’ve no idea where they are 😥😱
EDIT: couple of hours later I discovered the other two bricks in a present in the top floor storeroom just before the attic :)
Or there's also two bricks in the presents around the fountain ⛲

I know this is quite the outdated video, but I found a loophole while doing the Santa's Little Helper challenge. You can't eliminate them but you can knock them out and it makes it 100x easier.

I got Marv running to the right and instantly got spotted (not me, the body) by the tech crew when he heard the crack from the brick, lucky.
You can actually climb with the axe on, don’t drop it just press the climb button.. at least on hitman 1 you can (I’m doing the play through right now and just did it and the axe didn’t drop)
In Hitman 2 and 3 you can't

Only getting 1 brick in the security office, I guess the game was updated for 2022.
Santa's little helper is rigged. It's completely luck based on whether or not that security guard is where he's supposed to be. if you have to wait, even a moment, then Harry gets the remote and its pointless.
@shademaster24601 @MrFreeze2244 you can make Santa's Little helper much easier by knocking out the two targets. Start in the kitchen with a non-lethal melee weapon, knock out the one in the basement, run back to the kitchen, up the stairs twice, knockout the technician and take clothes, run to room with second target. wait for security guard to look at the painting to knockout 2nd target and then quick knock out security guard. I could then take my time with the collecting.

I think they may have made another adjustment to something. I'm only getting 1 brick out of the present in the beginning, throws the timing off for everything else.
Wtf? The propane tank didn't even kill one of them. I went up and threw his body off the ledge but I got shot and killed. I don't wanna do that whole thing again just for the fucking propane tank not to kill someone standing two feet away

For me what made grabbing the 12 items faster was grabbing the fire extinguisher at the beginning And knocked out the guard
Fyi there are way more enforcers on the map now. Even when waiting for the thieves to blow them up, they will spot you
It looks like the HItman 2 version is easier. A little bit, with the tracking of items and three bricks on that particular box instead of one.

You can knock the 2 out early. Casually get the items. Then pull both out to be awakened. Hit dude with 3 bricks. Pull out to be awakened. Then wait and explode.
man i tried and the guy grabbed the saber seconds before i did. I cracked him over the head and took it then got busted. These missions are brutal without saves. Wasted 30 min for nothing 😂
It only took me 10 million times because there was extra people everywhere screwing me up and slowing me down. So freaking frustrating.
I shot the canisters at the end and slick got knocked out from it...I wanna die lmao.

You could quite easily combine the first section with the others, just find the guy you need to hit with a brick after you've collected all the items
