Cheers just realised my front left bracket has snapped. £211 for a new one. looks like a simple changeover with this video. Thanks

How did the brushing turn out on the top of the steps? Mine work well but the finish is worn and found this video liking for the right solution to refinishing the surface.

Hello excellent video I have a problem the driver side step on my RR is stuck and Land Rover have said the N/S motor needs replacing at a cost £1400 (Ouch) I have managed the buy a motor for £120 a quick question hope you don't mind is it possible to replace the motor without having to remove the whole mechanism as you did in your video?

I suppose it may be, however to replace the motor it would would be much easier to remove the bracket rather than trying work in minimum space, JMO

@@RaymiesGarage Thanks JMO just been informed by my local Land Rover that if you replace the motor they would need to programme it £240 just to reprogram 🙄 the irony is the passenger side step has never been used since new single owners of the vehicle Land Rover now say they will replace and program for £540 using my Ebay £120 part so better than their original cost of £1400

My steps don’t come down but can hear the motor clicking to try to bring it down. Any advice on this?
