If you have trouble getting your pizza dough to cooperate when you are stretching it to fit the pan, just cover it and let it the gluten relax for 5 minutes and then try again. Really helps. I am always amazed at how good your out-of-season tomatoes look. The ones we get here in the northeast are pale, wooden and tasteless--truly without exception. During the six weeks of summer when they are native here is the only time I serve BLTs and we long for them the remaining 46 weeks of the year. Yours just looked delish. Something I like to do for marinading chicken to grill is to prepare the marinade and put it in the freezer bag and then freeze it. I do a batch of freezer prep of various different chicken marinades. Then you just pull out what kind of chicken you want to grill and it marinates all day while thawing and the flavor is so much stronger and the meat is really tender and you don’t have to worry about forgetting to marinate your meat!
My mom used to buy the Jiffy pizza crust. Back then it was a real treat, my mom wasn't a good cook, dad was though. I hadn't used it since pizza delivery was invented. When this virus hit I bought about 6 boxes with fixins. My kids (in their 20s) used those right up. They made pizza sticks out of them. They weren't bad. That ice cream maker is great. We've had one for years. Cinnamon ice cream, the best!
Love to see redo's ( what we call leftovers in our house, lol ) my family didn't really like leftovers so I always made them into something different like you did with the chicken. I went and looked at nine and have a button that said Proof. Never knew it, shocked I have had the oven for 6 or 7 years. Wow, Thanks.
Before you decide on the best crust try the 2 ingredient one. 2 cups self rise flour and 2 cups plain greek yogurt. Mix just intil combined. It is a wet dough but add some flour til you can work with it. Form on a pizza pan (14") topping with whatever you want and bake at 400 for 20-30 minutes.This is the easiest and best tasting dough. I love pan pizza and my hubby loves thin and this is somewhere in the middle!! It's from WW and is 12 points for the entire recipe!! It is a buggy and we mash everything. Never smash. We even mash a button! Lower AL here!!

I buy lemon juice, because I don’t always have fresh lemon on hand so it’s nice to have for backup. For me, I don’t really notice a difference when it’s mixed with several other seasonings and spices.
I have sweet potatoes that need to be used up so I appreciate the idea you shared. I make a similar carrot side but I add a pat of butter and brown sugar instead of honey. I use baby carrots. Great video!

i can definitely relate to cooking fries longer than the package instructions! i made the aldi seasoned fries last night with portobello mushroom burgers, and i had to cook them for at least 30 minutes. they’re super delicious, though, when cooked to perfection 🤤😋
Okay! I’m so glad you posted this. I have a bag of whole carrots in the fridge that we didn’t use for the original purpose. Sooo honey butter carrots are on the menu tonight 🤤 also, we have BLT’s constantly. It’s so stinking easy and fast. I do add avocado on mine when I have one and it’s delicious! Great video Jen. Does using your hand mixer in the instant pot leave scratches on the instant pot? I love to make Turkey breast in the crock pot as cooking it in the oven dries it out. Tonight I am making yogurt in my instant pot. I plan to make to make homemade frozen yogurt in my KitchenAid Ice Cream attachment with fresh strawberries.
Turkey dinner - a fave of mine year round! You reminded me I’ve got a turkey breast in freezer. Next week turkey & dressing. Oh yeah! Hubby will not be thrilled, but he’d be happy with frozen jacks pizza.

I searched my ShopRite for the sausage strips and they don't sell them I'm going to try Walmart. Have you ever given Murphy carrots?? My dogs love them as part of their dinner. I cook them until they are just soft and mince them into their food. They also love green beans, broccoli and cauliflower. Full of fiber. I made a sheet pan supper last night and cooked Yukon gold potatoes with green beans but u start the potatoes first and then 15 min later u add green beans. Came out great. I have that ice cream machine. Haven’t used it in ages. Last time I used it I made the beat chocolate ice cream, according to my family. I have Ben & Jerry’s book. So good.

Hey Jen, you should check out Half Baked Harvest Super Simple cookbook. I tried the no knead pizza dough the other day and it came out really good and much easier than other pizza dough recipes I’ve tried. Other recipes from the cookbook are really good too!

I didn't know a bag was called a sack until I moved to the border of Minnesota close to Iowa. I didn't know what they were talking about 😂 and the Iowa Fareways the checkouts are set up so much different than Minnesota. I was so confused. People probably thought I lived in space when I went there the first couple times. 😂 My father and I love the Iowa farmers markets sooo much we make a day trip of it everytime. I use Minute Maid frozen lemon juice. It is 100% lemon and tastes like fresh squeezed. Fresh lemons are a bit pricey for my budget. Someday.

Also it is indeed how you pronounce Reese’s. They are named after the man who invented them. A worker of Milton Hershey. He eventually sold the recipe to Hershey. I work for HERSHEY and drive past the factory, when not quarantined, everyday to work.

I didn't know a bag was called a sack until I moved to the border of Minnesota close to Iowa. I didn't know what they were talking about 😂 and the Iowa Fareways the checkouts are set up so much different than Minnesota. I was so confused. People probably thought I lived in space when I went there the first couple times. 😂 My father and I love the Iowa farmers markets sooo much we make a day trip of it everytime. Go to a ton of different ones. The Spirit Lake one we love, Spencer, Algona. We go to many lol
