When I saw that name pop up dude I was PANICKING. I'm the Moon player at the beginning. Was training for an event that day and this was NOT how I expected it to go, hahahaha. Had I known better i'd have pivoted more towards Basic Moon and Greninja but hey I hope I at least put on a good show! Absolute pleasure to battle you and hope fate can spur a rematch in the future! (I didn't even end up playing Moon in that event I went with Archaludon instead LMAO)
Imo i think seaking is a better swim freely attcker, i guess dewgong is better vs decks with toedscruel but the ease of getting energy cards out if the discard can be more convenient. You can also use the festival lead engine, which helps get the pieces you need more reliably.
Ya seaking does more damage before 9 and up energy plus it also better due to not returning them and can be a bigger threat with the festival ground searching
@bxninDewgong is better than Seaking for many reasons, I've wrote an article about it. Dewgong is way more consistent and stable than seaking with Bibarel getting so many energies in the end game
If you're gonna chase down finneon, make sure to LZ it. It's too easy to bring back. LDF nuts and running 3 lol. But it does make it much harder to LZ all the fish.
Yeah, was wondering why going so conservative on the second Bibarel draw at 21:24, should have burned all hand for fresh 5 card draw instead of 1. I feel like in some games he plays it a bit too safe.
21:24 you could've played your entire hand down to draw 5 with bibs. Why keep those in hand when you know you need to draw 3 energy? Also the moon player should've worked towards trap bibarel active and load 4-5 energy onto ninja with scramble switch then picked off your bench for two turns unless you draw switch

I know the guy who went to Toronto with this deck and he spent 2 years refining this deck. Set after set from the day Silver Tempest came out. He made it as good as possible given the current meta

This deck is too difficult to play. You need a lot of luck also. Because you need so many energies in your hand and bibarel doesn't give you enough draws and also you don't have free pivot. I prefer to play united wings. Its more consistent

I played him before Toronto with Slacking EX lol. It was a super fun and meme game but I couldn't do shit because of no EX in his deck

Skill issue. Dewgong is harder to play than united wings, but Dewgong is stronger, being able to do big ko's faster than wings when played right.
