@@drewhitsdingers4698 Percussion are usually one of the most hardest instrument that you can play in a band(other then bassoon because I could never-)and they are held to high standards, the percussionist keep the tempo and the band together while playing music pieces, without percussion it would be a lot more harder to keep tempo, they’re like the glue of the band.

@@danimal4691 Because theyre held to higher standards to the band most the time and if you mess up in percussion (at least in my band) he will immediately call you out on it and he’s not afraid to make you cry 💀, and plus during marching I don’t want to carry those big ass drumssss lmfao.
Got a ways to go before you can be called best in the world bud. You DEFINITELY have potential tho. Keep practicing with your whole heart and you'll get where you are trying to go👍✌️
