Paneer Mughlai Paratha Recipe ( Odia ) : Moglai Parota or Mughlai Paratha is one of the most popular street food in Kolkata, West Bengal . This Paratha has many variations using chicken , meat. vegetables etc. But, here I have shown this Parota / Paratha / Parata using Paneer stuffing . Which tastes very delicious little spicy and chatpata . Crispy layer Mughlai Paratha goes great with Schezwan sauce , tomato ketchup , with any chutney or do enjoy this cripsy and mouthwatering Paneer Mughlai Paratha / Paneer stuffed Paratha hot as it is in breakfast, lunch , snacks or in Dinner :)
Ingredients :
1. All Purpose flour ( Maida ) - 250gm ( or 14 tbsp ) , instead use Whole Wheat Flour or mixed of all purpose flour + wheat flour
2. Refined Oil - 2 tbsp
3. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
4. Chopped Onion - 1 ( medium )
5. Crushed ( giner - 1 inch + garlic cloves 5-6 + green chilli - 1 ) - 1 tbsp
6. Finley chopped Coriander leaves
7. Grated / Coarsely mashed Paneer - 150gm
8. Boiled Potato - 2 ( medium )
9. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
10. Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 1/2 tbsp
11. Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
12. Meat Masala ( 100% Veg ) - 1/2 tbsp ( or take Garam Masala )
13. Chaat Masala - 1/4 tbsp ( instead of it use 4-5 drops lemon juice )
14. Salt to taste
15. Clarified Butter ( Ghee )

Wow Paneer Mughlai Paratha was looking absolutely very beautiful. Paratha was very crispy, very puffy, and perfect light brown in color. In inside paneer stuffing was very juicy in texture, and very spicy in flavor. I think it's taste is very delicious. At the end you have served this recipe on white plate with schezwan chutney.
