The thin onion slices, grated ginger, chopped green chilies, cumin seeds, gram flour, sugar, chopped coriander leaves, and all type of spices that you have used make this stuffing hot, sweet, and sour in taste. In this paratha you have used white sesame seeds, and chopped coriander leaves. Which was looking very attractive, and I think it's taste is very delicious.👌👌👌 At the end you have served this recipe on steel plate, with curd, and some schezwan sauce. Which was looking absolutely very fabulous, and your presentation was really superb.👌👌👌 I think schezwan sauce is amazing combination with this paratha, because I have always preferred.
