It does feel safe, yes. Obviously, it's not as safe as a larger car, but certainly feels safer than I would feel on a motorcycle. On busy fast moving dual carriage ways, with other vehicles going 70mph, it feels slightly vulnerable, but not massively.
@@Zensaitv More powerful motors would have been nice, but I suspect that would mean a bigger, heavier battery pack. As it's designed mainly as a city car and for efficiency, I think it's a reasonable balance between all the competing aspects. Aside from my original drive home (see other video), I don't generally feel it needs more speed, but slightly more power for up hills would have been nicer.
