Is it me or are you radiating ease and confidence? It's a real pleasure to hear you talk about your commitment to exercise and what it has done for you:). I also like this more casual/short podcast format! It is more like a nice chat about a hobby we all share and less about knitting productivity and yarn purchases.
This comment made me smile, what a compliment 🥰 The length and content of a podcast are two things I can still struggle with - I’m glad you’re enjoying this format ❤️
That is SO sweet that you can wear one of your own knits for your wedding morning as your 'something blue'. What an enchanting and special sentiment! Thanks for popping in and catching us up! 💙
Another delightful instalment from you! The last few days I had been checking to see if you'd uploaded something and I'd missed it, which is saying something because I'm usually quite passive about the podcasters I watch. I have a bunch that I watch but I don't tend to think about each individual one until it pops up on my feed. So kudos to you that your podcasts are something I actively look forward to. I just want to tautoko (agree with in the Maori language) what everyone else has been saying. Your whole vibe is so content, confident and optimistic. It's a pleasure to watch, but most importantly, it must be a pleasure to feel that way! Also, it's worth acknowledging that your physical appearance seems 'tighter' - I reckon your efforts are totally visible. May your feeling of wellbeing continue for a long time!
Thank you so much ❤️ It’s so lovely to know that people enjoy the podcast - that’s one of the reasons I do it! Content, confident, optimistic - well that is a wonderful vibe isn’t it 🥰 And you’re probably right that’s exactly how I feel just now.
Hey Karoline! I'm stuck at home with Covid right now so for the second summer running I can't work on my lab project... However I've finished my first ever sock and started the next one today. I can relate to your tiredness - I get up at 7 and cycle to the bus stop, get to work and am on my feet almost all day until I leave at 6, and cycle home uphill! In the evening all I want is to eat and sleep :') But my sock turned out so well I think my knitting mojo is back now ;) Hope your wedding goes amazingly, and by the way you look fantastic!! (I'm sad I have covid again as my thighs were looking great after all that cycling!)
I was thinking how surprising it was to see you knitting with blue yarn on IG 🤭 that blue looks great on you though, and rly love the whole outfit that you posted on IG!!
Oh Karoline that top looks so beautiful on you goodness gorgeous And your eyes look so blue with that shirt beautiful. And totally understand the moisturizer with some yarns lol
Hi Karoline, it’s so nice to see your lovely smile! I can really tell you’re appreciating life. Those early wake ups must suck (I hated going to the gym when I used to go in the mornings) but the feeling of pride and satisfaction (and for me it was also like being able to climb some stairs without having to pause lol) is quite worth it 💪🏼 Re: LeKnit designs I would love to knit the Peacock Tee but are you saying that that pattern might not have short rows? 🤔 Thanks Blue looks so good on you! I never gravitate towards blues either, but I think I might consider that, even though I have a different hair color and skin tone than you, so it might not look as good on me 😅 I hope your wedding will be so, so lovely and that you’ll cherish that memory ❤️
It’s so worth it! Though I’ll never learn to love the wake ups 😅 I don’t think so? But I might be wrong. The sweater version of peacock did not have short rows. I think blue would work well for you too 🥰 it’s a nice neutral colour actually.
I am also struggling with wanting to make a cream cardigan and which one to make! I am so glad that you are finding working out and eating healthy is helping and you are getting benefits from it. It is a powerful realization and great for mental health. I am so glad your dress will fit!
i just bought camisole #6 but i'm sooo confused on their instructions for the ribbing :/ yours look wonderful so hoping ill figure this out! love the blues :)
Nice to hear what you have been knitting. It's a shame you may need to unravel the chunky dahlia as it did look nice. I'm trying a little dahlia pattern since hearing about the le knit patterns on your podcast and others. With the sleep routine- I find I often stay up too late knitting/crafting, I'm trying not to!.

Aww thank you so much ❤️ I think it’ll be really special too!
Love how the colour makes your eyes pop. Suits you very well.

Lovely episode as always Karoline. Your camisole looks great - I'm surprised you don't wear more blue as it really suits you.
Thank you! I have thought the same after making it - the blue works so well with my colouring.

Thank you ❤️ Should knit more stuff in blue 🥰
The dusty blue is so pretty with your skin tone and hair colour! 💙💙💙

Thank you Krista ❤️ I’ve concluded the same after seeing this footage!
