Why none of the Apple watches can manage battery life like Huawei 1 to 2 days on Apple watch series vs 14 days for Huawei watches. What is so big a difference that it has such a drastic effect on the faster consumption of the battery in Apple... I like the look of the apple watch se2 s9 and Ultra2 but the battery life is really terrible.
I've had a Fitbit versa 2 for the past years, i am now looking to switch to an apple watch like this one. Only thing im thinking about is if apple's sleep stages report is as good as fitbits
I’ve been looking at getting an Apple Watch and this video helped me know which one I should get. The SE has pretty much everything I need. I wanted to get one to track my fitness as well as time and weather when I don’t have my phone right next to me. It would also help for quick looks so I wouldn’t need to pull my phone out all the time. I think this is the one I’m going with probably in a few months when some stores have sales on electronics.
I got one too for $90. I will not spend more than $100 for any apple device since they roll out firmware updates that brick the device. I have not looked at anything Apple since my 5S got bricked from a firmware update, it destroyed the battery upon restart and would not hold a charge even with the usb cable attached, that was ten years ago. I've owned so many samsung devices and i can say they've never done that to any of the devices I've owned.
I hear what you're saying, but I decided to go for the Series 9 in the end. The always on feature, as mentioned by another commentator, is going to be useful. If I want to look at the time, I just want to look at the time. But also I decided that I probably want the extra health features too. It occurred to me that all the reviews I was seeing were from young, fit men - nothing wrong with that - but as I am not young, fit or male, I decided to splash out on the more premium model. Whether it will be worth it is yet to be determined (it's being delivered this week). It is a significant extra outlay.
My first apple watch and yeah it's dumb need to charge everyday, not to mentioned carry extra cable for traveling. Lightning, usb c for ipad and watch charger. Why apple not design usbc/lightning port for the watch, why because of courage?
When we switched to Verizon, they made me trade in my series 4 for the SE 2. I didn’t think the battery life was as good and it doesn’t have the EKG app. I was very disappointed. So, I purchased a series 8 and I am happy again. Don’t even ask me what I think about Verizon! So sorry we switched.
I wouldn’t really say the series 8 is in the middle of the line up rather an alternative to the ultra. As you could get a Hermes variant and completely out price the ultra

I have lost the water eject function on the control center on my SE. Not sure why or how.
What do I do I got my Apple Watch SE a few months ago and it has a deep scratch on the screen
I just bought it for 180 euros, great deal. Having a Garmin Fenix i don’t need all the sensor and health features, i just want it to be Smart.
I like that you call them complications, like a real watch lol
Excellent review.
i bought mine 8 months ago still is the best watch ive ever had but had to schedule a appt. for mic issues
Dust resistant is that a big deal between SE2 vs series 8 who has dust resistant?
I just ordered mine! With one of those wrist bands you got.
Got mine November of '22 and love it!
Apple says it lasts 18 hours. People who have one: is that true?
@elibrown72 yes that is true mine last until early afternoon the next day after I charge the previous morning
Great info...great voice you have..
Does the SE have wrist wake because how come you had to tap the screen for it to turn on
The advertisement says it does and it has updates I just got mine today waiting to get home to open it
Nice video. It would be nice to see a comparison with a series 9
Does the watch show text messages, what’s app messages etc?
My first apple watch and yeah it's dumb need to charge everyday, not to mentioned carry extra cable for traveling. Lightning, usb c for ipad and watch charger. Why apple not design usbc/lightning port for the watch, why because of courage?
5:09 - you helped me make my purchase decision and your honesty made me sub your channel. Thank you
When we switched to Verizon, they made me trade in my series 4 for the SE 2. I didn’t think the battery life was as good and it doesn’t have the EKG app. I was very disappointed. So, I purchased a series 8 and I am happy again. Don’t even ask me what I think about Verizon! So sorry we switched.
question is: would getting it without cellular be a problem?
My iPhone8+ doesn't work with this Apple product. Apple forces you to buy new iPhones with watches. Apple is a money pit!
yup, i purchased as activity tracker. it does so much and it has so many features
I wouldn’t really say the series 8 is in the middle of the line up rather an alternative to the ultra. As you could get a Hermes variant and completely out price the ultra
Can I answer my iPhone with the catch if it is nearby?
Yes!! And also text.
I’m not sure what SE is different than Cellular or not. SE works just fine.
This was a very informative video with a pragmatic approach. Thank you.
Hi Greg! 🙋🏼♂️
