I have used the same Cuyana zip tote for over 3 years and it still looks brand new! No scratches, gouges, fraying or any issues. Highly recommend!
I have 3 Cuyana bags after years of LV, YSL, etc. They are fantastic quality. They held up for over four years now as my carry on and even on school field trips. So happy to hear you gave them a thumb’s up too. ❤

@@lauravterrazas I love the zippered totes. After too many tampons rolling out bags that didn’t zip closed, I have to have a zipper now. 😅 I also have the top handle crossbody. Get compliments on it every time I wear it.

I stumbled upon this video because I was considering a cuyana bag. I was fully expecting to see the typical review ("here's the inside, outside, how it looks on me"), and was shocked when you started tearing open the bag at 0:44 lol It's like I expected to see a model, but ended up seeing a dismembered model 🤣 Nonetheless, this is a helpful review, definitely a fresh angle! Appreciate seeing a review from a true leather expert!

Could you please review another Cuyana bag that has edge painting? I had two Cuyana bags, for both of them the edges started to crack within a month. I don’t trust their quality anymore. I am a bit pissed off when I saw they sent this bag to you.

I have been looking at this bag!
I’ve had this bag for about two years, within a year the finishing on the handles was peeling off. The thick finish also makes it look plasticky (something you can’t see online). I was really disappointed.

Could you please make a video cutting a Dooney & Bourke Florentine satchel? It’s supposed to be leather from Florance Italy and vegetable tanned vachetta. The bags are super heavy though. I wonder if the put cheap supporting materials. Thanks much!

Hello. Thanks for this review. I see this bag doesn't have a seam across the top. The only stitching appears to be the where the handles are attached. Does that mean the edge of the rolled top is glued to the inside of the bag to lay flat? If it's glued, how secure do you suppose that would be over time?

Hi I love your videos! Was wondering if you could do another review of this brand but maybe if the small easy tote? I purchased this bag recently but it does NOT smell like leather. It has an almost chemical smell to it. I’m such a big fan of leather and have always loved how leather smells and can tell a difference between types and where they come from even but with this bag, it is just so overwhelming of like a plastic odor- I’d almost be willing to send you what I have so you could check it out but I don’t want to be put all the money I spent- I think I may just return it because it’s that bad. Unfortunate since I really wanted to love this brand- but are they passing off pu for leather??? 😢

@Tanner Leatherstein darn, I really want a basic full grain leather tote minimal hardware in that size, I keep looking, I keep my eyes on your site.
I purchased their backpack a few years ago and immediately sold it on poshmark. Super heavy for a minimalistic bag and it would just flop and fold in weird ways. Not worth the money/hype

I love your honest, informative videos. However, the new loud noise transitioning between segments is really awful; it offends my ears and it’s unpleasant. Can you maybe do a softer sound?
