Reliability wise not a single issue, you might loose some low end torque, but higher rmp’s you can tell there’s a slight difference.

No you dont lose power, the torque curve shifts so the car feels quicker and more responsive, some cars do gain power but not a lot, less than 5hp, If you have catless headers and other mods it might increase it more with a proper tune.

No I did not thats strange, you might have damaged your upstream sensors or it could be your secondary air pump trying to warm up the cats that arent there anymore. Try to see what codes you get from the misfires
The tune can only delete the secondary o2 sensors, the top upstream sensors you need to keep or it wont read proper air to fuel mixture, also check for leaks like you mentioned.
What did you do with your 02 sensors after the header install? Like where did you put them because I know they probably didn’t fit in the holes in the new headers
Get a 15 dollar inpa cable and a windows laptop install tuner pro rt and go to ms4x wiki, you can do all this stuff for free and tune yourself Thank me later
Yo I have a question brotha I did the same exact set up I got the headers and did the muffler delete and k&n intake with the full custom ecu tune with from rev match but for some reason the car wants to show the power but when I press the throttle it feels like it chokes and doesn’t advance as it should ? Could it be the mass airflow sensor or the intake manifold runner control valve ?
Try putting back the stock intake box and see if it changes. My buddy had the same issue with his cars intake system. Also check yout MAF it could be dirty as well
Honestly the mass airflow sensor in this car seems to fuck wit it so much like when it goes bad your car will turn off at certain points or stutter and sometimes you gotta drive it without it plugged until you replace it I replaced the first one around 154k miles so believe it or not man the bmw parts hold up a long time

You can also have the pops with cats if you're affraid of not passing smog

If you have cats still on then no I wouldnt recommend, the job of the secondary airpump is to heat up the cats when they are cold

If you get medium pops and crackles it will be okay long run, if you do aggressive like mine then I dont think so.

I removed them completely I dont run rear o2s and I dont have any CEL cause its tuned out.
