Sony A7iii (A73) - How good is the Face Detection?

I've always loved face detection autofocus in Sony Camera but it's not been flawless in the past. But with Sony A7iii they have changed the algo quite a bit it seems. Even with spects on A7iii was able to detect my face. Very impressed! But there were times when it lost the focus but quickly grabbed it back.
Lens Used: Sony 55mm f1. 8
Note: AF Track Sensitivity was set to Resposnive.

How did you get the face detection box to show on the screen while recording? I cannot find that setting.
I get a green box while pressing half shutter for focus but that's it.

Anyone wondering how to do it.
In the menu go to.
Camera 1 > AF2 (Page 6/14) > Set. Face Prty in AF > Face Dtct Frame Dsp = ON.

Hey. Does face detection still work while using an external monitor. It's does not in the A7SII.

Omar Mcfarlane when shooting 4k with external monitor it doesn't work but does with 1080. Just FYI I have tested this with a 1080 monitor not 4k.
